We ordered dinner here. Got to the house and realized there were no shrimp in the second order of shrimp fried rice. Called up there and had to go back and forth with management about what was ordered and how much was paid. It was stated that no shrimp was ordered for the second order. Um, the cashier repeated the order back to us several times. Management stated that the cost for shrimp would need to be paid because we were not charged for a second order. So because the cashier didn’t charge correctly, we can’t get the order remade correctly without paying for it. Mind you, we are at the house. The resolution was to come up there the next day to get the shrimp. Um, were they going to just give the shrimp, remake the order, what?!? I told them as business owners that when a client has a complaint, you are supposed to be willing to correct the mess up if you value your patrons. Guess not. This will be the last visit.

My bf and I ordered food tonight and everything was disappointing. The crab rangoon had no cream cheese, only a small amount of finely chopped crab you can barely taste. The chicken teriyaki was completely dry and my bf found a long hair mixed in with his rice! Never again!

Holy cow. This Chinese restaurant has THE BEST general tso chicken you will ever taste. They always give you a healthy serving of protein. Plus, the fried rice is SO delicious! Another main reason I visit this Chinese restaurant over others is because of their awesome service – I always feel like family there! If you’re in the downtown Durham area, this is a must stop – check them out!

First time trying this spot as it came highly recommended! The food was good and the portions are fantastic! Update since former review… I took 3rd And 4th star away because the most recent visit the food was just okay. I never receive extra egg even when paying for it! I even explained it when I called and placed our last order. I also asked the lady taking my order to relay the message and check to assure I did receive it that time. Still a no.. so I’ll just make my veggie fried rice and hubby’s shrimp fried at home from now on. Ugghh another Asian restaurant disappoints smh.
