As previously stated on other reviews, this place is horrible. Their customer service towards minorities is utterly disgusting. I’ve picked up orders from here for DoorDash and they treat you as if you’re going to steal the food *though I know some do,I am not one of them*. Every time I pick up a delivery, they’re almost always late with preparing/finishing the order. I also saw food out with no cover. Glad I don’t eat from here.

I thought the food was going to be great due to a recommendation. I ordered general Tao’s sesame chicken, general Tao’s chicken, two orders of chicken lo Mein, and three orders of spring rolls. The chicken in both Tao’s dishes were over cooked, dry and there was not much sauce at all. The spring rolls were good. If you are going to charge inflated prices for food please make sure the food is worthy of what you are asking. This is not acceptable please fix it !!!!

The woman working up front has no concept of what quality customer service or sanitation is. While waiting for my order, I watched her handle people’s cards, turn around and load food into a frier, collect food for my order with tongs to then touch the chicken wing in the container with her bare hand and then hand me my requested bag without putting on gloves, washing hands, or anything regarding proper sanitation methods. The food might be good, but understand that you are compromising your health due to lack of proper sanitation by eating here.

This is the worst Chinese restaurant in Raleigh (I promise you). The customer service sucks, workers are rude and I feel they are prejudiced towards minorities, food sucks. My rice was soooo hard and I literally had only 4 or 5 shrimps in my rice. I will never spend my hard earned $ here ever.

I had such a poor experience here, which is disappointing given the fact that I actually eat here all the time. For starters, I ordered the pork lo mein and requested for a substitution of broccoli. That is not what I received. I ended up not eating my food and counted my losses. However, I am also EXTREMELY disappointed in the customer service I received. I tried to call the restaurant and the number was disconnected. However the same number worked when I had to call someone to come to the counter THREE TIMES because nobody was there.

First visit… i ordered vegetable fired rice, no corn with wings. The price came with 4 wings but I only have 3. The rice was soft but not flavorful. The veggies were steamed well within the rice.

My wife and I ordered lunch from them today. My food was terrible hers was all but inedible. The fried foods tasted of old grease and was burned. That may have had more to do with the grease being old than actually burned.

Ordered delivery. I am 5min away. 30 minutes later I call to make sure they got the order. The gentleman was rude and said the driver was on his way. 45 minutes later I call because the food still has not shown up. The gentleman was ruder and told me he already said someone was on the way and that they would show up any minute. 10 minutes later the order arrived. The food arrived hot, so we were hopeful. Nothing tasted good and most things tasted awful. The egg foo young was burnt to black. The white rice was under cooked so it was aldente, I paid for beef lo mein, they gave me chicken (and it tasted like leftover fried chicken grease). I didn’t know you could make wonton soup taste bad. My husband said it tastes like how cigarettes smell. And I would have to agree. The crab Rangoon was ok though.
