I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich from wards in bassfield I get home with my food and I cut into my chicken sandwich and it was raw it was dressed with a piece of raw chicken I took my food back up there the next day because it was at closing time when I ordered it I would not give me a refund made me pay for my drink and then only offered me a cold ham and cheese sandwich if I would have been into that chicken sandwich I would have got sick I encourage no one to eat at Ward’s in bassfield Mississippi it’s awful and the manager was very rude

Terrible . I am from Chicago Illinois, I was told this was the best place to get A good hot dog and Cheese Burger. I was disappointed food was not hot and the chili that was put on the hot dog and hamburger was nasty. I will not stop by there again when I am in Mississippi.

Bassfield location is awful at night. This is the second time I’ve gotten dinner from there and it was not good at all. Fries were reheated the bun was hard around the edges the chili didn’t even come out on the sides of the bun. The service left alot to be desired

We waited in the drive thru nearly 25 minutes and when we finally got our food the fries had been double dipped, hard, and cold. The hamburgers were discusting.

Store is always clean and staff is always nice. I liked getting breakfast there, and the reason I took one star away is because occasionally the biscuit is harder than it should be. It’s still edible, but thats really the only negative I have.
