Absolutely appalled at the service and food. Waited for 15min, tea was disgusting, burgers were cold and there was more bread than burger, my daughters roll in her shrimp basket had mold on it. Will NEVER be back to this location. I understand food prices are up, but there is no excuse for $50+ on fast food lunch and it being near inedible. I just hope at this point the hamburger buns weren’t molded.

Use to go to Ward’s often. But now the tables are more often left uncleaned. As a result they have a fly problem !! Some of the employees are busy. But you have quite a few, that stand around and laugh and talk.

If you are a root beer fan, their home made root beer is fantastic! Spicy chicken wrap was also enjoyed very much by our party. Chef salad was simple but good and had dill pickle slices with it, which I appreciated as a Pickle fan. Took awhile to get our order together but the food was still warm. Fries are very good. Chili cheese dog also hit the spot.

Probably the most underwhelming fast food experience of my life. The root beer was OK. The burger was about as thin as a nickel. The chicken strips were mostly breading. The fries were not crispy and not salty. A very small amount of food for a large amount of money. Go to Whataburger instead.

Restaurant looks outdated, ,dark , restroom was filthy (Women’s). Service was fine a few mistakes. The food quality was not worth the price. But they do have a Great Chocolate Shake.

Traveling through Mississippi to Oklahoma and stopped to get a burger hoping it might be similar to Braum’s. Oh Em Gee it was so NOT good! Thinnest piece of dried out meat ever. Bun was stale, added bacon that seemed as if it had sat out all morning. Definitely do not recommend. I’m not a McDonald’s fan, but a burger from there would have been a million times better.
