me and my grandpa ordered a chocolate and a butterscotch milkshake, and what we got was basically just the milkshakes with all the chocolate and butterscotch syrups poured in the bottom of our drinks. they weren’t even mixed! the restaurant seems to somehow find worse workers with every year passing.

Had to wait for a while in drive through just to get cold burgers. We had the big one with chili and cheese and the cheese wasn’t even melted. We drove to Decatur just to get these burgers. Very disappointing.

This location of Ward’s has the best french fries. The employees are very cordial and friendly. The service was very prompt and courteous. It only took a few mintues thru the drive thru lane. Our only wait was a few mintues waiting on hot french fries. I will definitely come again.

Kids that work here are so weird and immature. They make you feel really uncomfortable. One of the kids hesitated and acted like he was not going to give my debit card back and did the same with the food. This happens often. Would not recommend going there if you’ve had a hard day or are in a hurry.

I was told before I even got there my food would be undercooked. Sure enough my burger was under. Wasn’t upset it happens. Took it and showed it to the girls at the counter and was ket with attitude and hostility. The manager wasn’t much better. I declined a replacement due to their attitudes and they all literally just walked off in a huff without so much as an apology. I can say i will never step foot in that place again.

Food and service where great. There was a terrible issue with Flies they were all over the dining area it was hard to eat and swat at the same time. Asked one of the workers about it and she noticed them. Then she goes over to one of the doors going outside and proceeds to stand there holding the door open looking outside. We won’t be going back there anytime soon

I went on a night after a junior high football game. This is really the only place to eat in the area so they were overwhelmed with customers and it had the 3 employees extremely nervous. I ordered and waited for an hour and didn’t get my food so I requested a refund. The cashier was friendly but none of the 3 working that night were capable of being left alone to work.
