Food was luke warm at best. Meat was over cooked it didn’t even melt the cheese it seemed to have been in the warmer all day. Chili was extremely greasy and mushy. The price was too high for the quality of the food. And the drinks were flat. But the tables and restrooms were clean.

Same as other, very slow, I was the only person in the drive through at 2 in the afternoon, took 10 min to get my order, a big one combo, the employees just talked and joked the whole time not working. when I started eating, the fries were hot, and the burger was cold. I won’t be back.

The 3 stars is for the food. It was the only thing good about this Wards. I know it’s hard to get good help but they had 7 people working. The one that took the order couldn’t quit yawning in our face long enough to take the order. It took us 15 minutes to get our order. The other workers was just meandering around. We were the only ones inside & they had one car at the drive in window. We were there at 11:30. They should have been busy at this time. We thought they were closed. After going in, we knew why they were not busy. We love Wards but this is the worse one we’ve been too.
