Would have given this place a 5 because the food was excellent, but unfortunately service was slower than a 1 legged snail ;)) There was only one group of 5 ahead of us. It was probably 15 minutes before our order was taken and then another 45 min. before we got it. I ordered a burger and it was outstanding…real hand made patty, cooked to perfection and very juicy. My husband got the breaded chicken sandwich which also was very good. Then there were their chips….absolutely wonderful. I could have made a meal out of them alone. Will try them again to see if the horrible service is par for the course or just a bad day. Edit: owner responded, apologized and asked for date of occurrence…sorry it has taken this long to reply, but it was August 9 pretty close to noon.

I tried the philly steak burger from here and it was GLORIOUS. The fries were well-cut and fresh and the bun wasn’t stale or lacking in flavor itself either. Don’t be thrown by the environment. The owner was super friendly and really did his best to please. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new place to eat in the Mountain Home- Cotter area!

First time experiencing breakfast buffet. Like any buffet, if fresh, it’s very good. First biscuit was not fresh, 2nd was. French toast was divine. Bacon awesome taste and cooked perfectly. Gravy good too and eggs. Ate till i thought i would explode

Wasn’t sure about the place when we first pulled up….i looks like it was a old service station years ago. But when we went in we where greeted and surprised how bright and welcoming it was.. we went to the counter to give our order from the menu that is written on the wall. I had a nice selection of good food. the family and I left with our bellies full and with a favorite place to eat when we come back to visit.

I had the pulled pork platter and hubby had the brisket platter both were very good. Its a little pricey for a little mom and pop BBQ place but not much to choose from in the business district of Cotter Arkansas. Real close to the White River.

Awesome food… Bacon and cheese loaded fries are my fav. Ribs to die for and a Briskit that melts in your mouth. Highly recommended!!! A+++++ all the way.

Delicious food on the buffet fir breakfast! Hot, fresh and great assortment. Bacon, sausage or chicken nuggets. White or chicolate gravy with awesome biscuits. Scrambled eggs, frebch toast, hash browns with onions and bell peppers or tator cubes. Will be back!

First time at cafe. Went for Breakfast Buffet. Out of 1/2 of food, waited over 12 minutes and only brought out two things. Floors were sticky and dirty. Entire cafe filthy.
