Wasabi was our go-to place every time we were in Wichita Falls.

This was my bento box I ordered to go… very overpriced for little meat. Worse Japanese I’ve ever been to and I’m not one to leave a bad review.I was confused of the random orange. Plus the lady helping forgot our fried rice without apologizing.

Decent Japanese steakhouse…typical hibachi options. Sushi menu is average, mostly cooked and fried options. Rolls are a little on the small size but taste good. Atmosphere is nice. Hibachi seating is a little cramped though.

I had sushi which was a bit pricey for three rolls. The presentation was well done. The flavours were inviting. The portions were large. Other than a coulpe of small changes it was good. I would choose them again. The people at the hibachi area all seemed to be having a good time. One thumb up.

I brought my son here for his birthday because he wanted a bento box, which is what we each ordered. We ordered the dinner version, which is larger than the lunch version. We went with tea, though basic sodas as well as what they called Japanese sodas were also available. Their Japanese soda would have been a Ramune from the waitress description. The meal started with soup and salad. The soup tasted like bone broth and had some onion and thinly slice mushrooms in it. The salad was mostly iceberg lettuce with some carrots and a little bit of tomato with a sweet and tangy dressing that I dint recognize. The bento box itself followed. We ordered ours with shushimi, wich in this case is two thin slices of three different raw fish arranged on a bed of shredded cucumber on a leaf. The Wasabi paste and other garnish were hidden under my rice bowl. We picked the fried rice, which I liked. The teriyaki smothered meat and steamed vegetables were very nice. I picked salmon, while my son picked shrimp. They each also came with battered and fried vegetables and shrimp. The tempura shrimp was particularly tasty, though the vegetables definitely came off as bland on their own. There were also two fried and sauced fish balls, which were easily the tastiest thing I. The box. Overall, there was way too much food for me to handle in a single setting, so if I do this again, I’ll be trying the lunch portion instead.

Took a while to get seated. Lunch menu is fairly priced. Atmosphere was good and the chef was good. Food was good, especially the Heartattack roll was delicious. Meat portions were small (i.e.) 4 shrimp

0 stars, the soup and salad dressing was watered down. Service was not good, not very friendly. The worst part of it all was how distrusting the place is. Wires sticking out, the chef put the egg shells on the floor, will be reporting

Place was excellent for a early afternoon meal. My biggest complaint was the horrible water they had. I’m unsure if they ran it straight from the tap or not, but it was terrible.

Sushi was alright. A lot of rolls with cream cheese but they had a small selection which was nice and not overwhelming. We ordered the shrimp tempura and it was very disappointing. For $10 it consisted of 2 pieces of shrimp that were frozen, 2 onion rings, 2 pieces of sweet potato and 1 broccoli. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rolls were all about $15 each.
