Confirm their prices before you order!!! I used the online menu for a sushi for 2 dish advertised at $49. When I arrived they charged me 59! They said it was an old menu on line (and that’s my fault!!??) Their take out menu on site listed it as $55!!! They would not honor either lower price. What a great business model, just charge a higher price than advertised and tell the customer too bad

This used to be one of the top spots in Lavale But here recently it has gone downhill. I’m not sure why but when you order hibachi all of the food is swimming in oil. And independently they charge automatic gratuity so your service can be garbage and the waiter still walks away with an 18% tip. I would say if you’re going to go here to not sit at the hibachi.

The BEST restaurant I’ve found in this area. The staff are very friendly and extraordinarily entertaining if you get to watch them cook! (I was blown away when our chef juggled a spinning egg with his spatula and then cracked it perfectly in half in midair!) The chicken hibachi was delicious, would highly recommend.

I would not recommend this restaurant. The floors were dirty and the areas around the hibachi station were filthy. I don’t even think our plates were clean. Our chef put all of the food (group of 8) on the grill at one time including raw chicken. I had to ask him to make sure the raw chicken was not touching our rice and veggies to prevent any cross-contamination. The rice was crunchy and not seasoned well. The portions were small for the price compared to other hibachi restaurants. No one in our group was happy with the food. The only highlight was that the servers did try their best to accommodate us.

I definitely want to come back here again and eat more of their food. The steak and the chicken hibachi was the best. It’s also fun watching a show while your food is being prepped. The cook preparing the food is the show and it’s really interactive and amazing. I definitely want to come back here again.

Steak that was ordered was turning bad. Had an awful taste and smell. When trying to let someone know, they pretended they didn’t understand or called us liars. Our hibachi cook did not put on a show. We even had our cooks switch out only to realize our cook was actually another part of the staff. I will never be going back here, regardless of how little options are around.

If I could give zero stars I would. The place was visibly dirty, the grill our plates the floor everything. Staff was not friendly to us at all. They never once asked how our food was or if we needed anything, but asked the couple next to us multiple times. When I asked for a box for my food they rushed us out, brought the check and boxes for us and cleared our plates within 5 minutes of just me asking for a box. But the couple next to us they brought them the check and told them to take their time. And what is with all the garlic???? I’ve never seen any hibachi place cook with garlic or at least not that much. The leftovers made my fridge stink like something rotten was in it, so we threw them out the same night. I wouldn’t recommend.
