This place was such a fun experience! As we were seated the employee explained the rules / expectations / etiquette of eating at this location. Everything tasted delicious. Our group had a great time, and all the prices were reasonable.

A friend recommended this place for a date night. So I decided to take my husband for his birthday (+ our oldest kid — age 10). The revolving sushi bar is a really cool experience. My ten year old ate SO many new-to-him things! Everything was delicious. My husband wanted to try the octopus ball things, but we never saw them on the conveyor belt. The waitress brought him over a plate of them when he asked (pictured on the yellow plate). Overall, an incredible dining experience. We will be back!

Absolutely delicious! We got in here for about the last 20 minutes til closing. The staff here was awesome even at closing time. We stopped at a museum today that told us about this place. The conveyor might of been slim pickens but the three of us got exactly what we wanted. Rachel was amazing! It is hard to find a place that doesn’t have an attitude this close to closing. They even went ahead and filled my to-go order for another bowl of Ramen with pork. My husband’s was so delicious, me and the little man got one for later. The entire place was clean right down to the bathrooms. A very pleasant place even the hand soap had a wonderful scent.

You’ve got to check this place out! All you have to do is get seated and then start taking plates of food off of the conveyor belt! It doesn’t get any easier than that. All the sushi was really good. Desserts were made just right, and the staff was very friendly and always kept our drinks filled. The only downside was, we had to wait an hour to get seated but, it was well worth it. They’re so busy because they’re so good!!!

What an awesome experience! Plates rotate constantly with 3 slices of sushi per plate. You get to try a lot of different choices without getting too full. Everthing from sushi to ramen makes for an awesome experience. Great for the whole family!!! We will definitely be back!!

If you love sushi, this is a very unique restaurant you must visit. My friend and I ate rather generously here and left around $60 with tip and drinks. It was a lot of fun stacking up different color plates and trying new items on impulse. If you aren’t spontaneous, the menu might work better as you know exactly what you’re getting. Pulling off the belt, you may or may not be entirely sure what you’re picking up. I found it really fun, but maybe not for everyone. I was very happy with everything I picked up off the belt and with the rolls we ordered. I wish some of the rolls had been spicier, but I feel like if I had made the request they could have done it. My favorite roll has jalapeños on it, I found that really creative. The restaurant was rather simple but very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I will definitely try to return again… we came on a weekday very close to lunch closing, so I’d love to see how it is on a weekend at dinner time. Overall, very impressed with the revolving bar niche and the quality of the food. The staff was also very polite and nice to interact with.

What an awesome spot. We drove an hour and a half to give this place a try and we had so much fun. Sushi was quite good and we got to try a large selection because of the conveyor method. I would gladly drive back and the wait staff was very friendly. The Thia tea is very good and would suggest at least trying it!

This place is an experience. It’s a great place for kids, but you want to be mindful that they don’t touch every sushi plate on the conveyor belt. The placement is pretty key in my opinion. So, when you walk in and your facing the sushi making station, you want to sit on the right, as you end up getting the best picks of sushi. Likewise if you’re on the left, you’re primarily on the tail end. If you eat 15 plates, you get a coin that you put in the machines that gives out random cool little toys-definitely a plus with the kids. The sushi is good, but the star of the show are their fresh red bean sesame balls. They’ve got that chewy mochi-ish texture with a fabulous red bean filling and a crisp outer sesame shell. You can instantly start eating, which is great. You don’t need to place an order- just pick up a plate from the conveyor belt and you’re all set. Once you pick up something, you can’t put it back. The plates are color coded. In my mind the red and black were the best ones. You can ask them for ginger and wasabi. I would definitely go back here again!

Saw this establishment on a TikTok video and we HAD to visit since we travel to Cleveland Clinic on a regular basis (we live out of state). We were seated immediately and given the noob run down. Plenty of selection on the conveyor belt and we tried nearly everything. Sushi was great and we had a blast with the friendly staff. Our party of two spent $89. We left stuffed and satisfied with the experience and our prize.

This was a lot of fun! Small portions make it nice to try a bunch of different plates, especially with a partner. The kitchen plates are made to order, so they’re served hot and fresh. We had a variety of 15 plates and paid $60 for two, which is about the same as Kintaro All You Can Eat, so arguably less food for the price, but the same decent quality, and you also pay for the experience at Watami. Will definitely go again!
