Vanilla latte with almond milk is always my go to. I typically frequent other locations, but ended up here one day. At other locations the coffee is a hit or miss, but the day I was here it was a hit. Very delicious, nice interior atmosphere. Had a meeting here and it was peaceful for 2 hours.

Been a couple of years. Water Street still maintains its coffee service, wonderfully brewed. The space remain comfortable with large windows. This time I had the Chorizo Strada: spectacular, plenty large, great midday meal. Worth the time to stop and savor the coffee.

About a week ago, we bought two bags of whole bean coffee like we often do. Coffee tastes burnt and flat from both varieties–we’re shocked at how bad it is. The brewed coffee we carried out was also terrible as well as stale. For these, plus two snacks (those were good), we spent around $64. Ouch. To cap it off, the cashier told us our number “wasn’t in the system” for the rewards, so we wonder what happened to all our points. What a let-down.

Great little coffee shop. Parking can be a little bit tricky. I love that they have XL coffees. I ordered the Dolce de Leche. It was really good. It could have been a little bit more caramely. But I really like caramel.

Super cool coffee house with good ambience and coffee. Great selection of drinks and a fairly wide selection of food as well. At night this location serves cocktails too! I’ve been coming here for coffee on Friday mornings for a couple years now and I always enjoy my time.

Chicken pot pie in a crescent roll! Yes it was worth the $8. Ate it before I got a photo . BlackBerry crumble bar and shortcake bar all 10’s. The staff was friendly and efficient and a nice place to do some reading or computer work .

Went to this location and was handed a coupon with my coffee. A few days later I went back to use the coupon and I was told they cannot accept it because people had been using them fraudulently. Seems like it was just a ploy to get you back to the shop with no intention of ever honoring the coupon.
