The best part is the ambiance. Love sitting on the patio. There’s one tv out there. Has space heaters. But the food was just ok. Brunch has way better choices than dinner. Drinks are always great though. Service was what annoyed me. Never got a water refill. She didn’t have them turn in the space heater near us despite us asking and her saying yes. And we waited 20 minutes for dessert. We think she forgot to put it in. We will still come back; I like it here. Just this visit wasn’t great.

Everything was great, service was impeccable, went there for lunch. The server for lunch and the busser were working their butts off, they did a terrific job. Food was good, the garlic shrimp and the burrata apps were the highlights. The jambalaya was not my favorite, and the loco Moco was just aight .

I ate lunch here with my coworkers in the outdoor patio area and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, the outdoor area was beautiful, and the food was delicious. It’s a bit on the pricey side, though.

Loved the vibes, the service was wonderful (thank you!) , but the food was super underwhelming. We got the spicy chicken/regular chicken sandos and one pasta dish. The pasta was okay the shrimp was the best part of the whole dish. The chicken sandwiches were okay as well, I’ll give it to the spicy chicken that it was spicier than expected (for the clientele here) but if you love spicy you may be underwhelmed. It’s honestly bar food but slightly better… I personally wouldn’t come back.

I have been coming here frequently recently because they have nice outdoor seating and the food is real yummy. It’s somewhat expensive but it’s really worth it every once in a while. The strawberry lemonade is better than your average strawberry lemonade. Not sure why. It just is. I love the spinach and artichoke crostinis.

We had a birthday brunch at Water Tower Kitchen. The weather wasn’t so great so we were worried about being seated at the patio but the heaters were strong enough to keep us warm. Also weird enough, this place did not have hot coffee (???) during brunch. Seriously. No coffee for brunch.

The service was good considering how busy it was but I don’t think this restaurant is a good value. I ate by myself that evening since I was in town on a work trip. I ordered a glass of white wine and the roasted salmon. The salmon was edible, but I could have made better at home. The portion sizes were good, not too much, but the value isn’t there. After tax, tip, and living wage fee, my bill for those 2 items was $57. That’s half of what I spend on groceries for a week at home for 2 people.

We selected Water Tower to celebrate our matriarchs 85th birthday because it has a loft that allowed a semi private party within the restaurant for us to congregate together without worrying of masking or catching COVID. The food was good and Courtney, our server was so accommodating and Uber attentive to our needs, we simply sat back and enjoyed our celebration. They even let us keep our self provided cake in their fridge until we were ready. For many of us who had fries in our meal, I must say, their fries were spectacular. They were so good, we will definitely come back again just for those. We were a party of 20 and all our food arrived at the same time. Anyway, staff was nice, always with a friendly smile. The place played good background music but we ask them to turn it down for us upstairs, and they obliged with no objections. We did have an issue with a questionable macaroni salad. We caught it early and they immediately allowed our guest to order food on the house in replacement. Good customer service. I highly recommend this place. We will return with hopes to get Courtney again as our server, taste the delicious fries, enjoy the best Water Tower has to offer.

Had a great dinner experience here. The food was so good, the servers were very friendly and I got to watch the dodgers lose! Didn’t try a cocktail but they sure looked good. Highly recommend!
