I have only been twice to the waterdog but both times my family and I loved it! The poutine here is a great brunch option. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant with all the different rooms. I highly recommend this restaurant, it’s the perfect place for a Sunday brunch.

Waited over 15 minutes before our waitress came. She apologized and was nice and said the rest of our experience would be better. It wasn’t. She had some friends dining at the restaurant, and on two separate occasions had 20 minute conversations with them while we were waiting to order drinks and then dessert.

First time there will definitely go back. Food was delicious and on point. The Dirty Fish n Chips, the street corn dip appetizer, the fish tacos. Presentation and taste were excellent as well as the portion size.

Wow! You have to come back here! We hadn’t been in since the ownership changed. The way they reworked the space is amazing. You still have all the lovely elements of the 18th century building – wide board floors, fireplace with Bake oven, crane and wide mantel beam, beautiful Bannister in the entrance hall, large multi-paned windows, but a fresh whimsy has been added. As you enter from the street through a classic colonial facade, the heavy door opens to a burst of swirling flashing colors on the walls of the stair hall. It is as a swirling sea or a great tempest filling the room. An excellent example of handiwork of Hopefully one of our states many artists.

We had an amazing birthday lunch at Waterdog this weekend. We sat at a picnic table outside and it was perfect. Adorable decor both inside and out. Definitely coming back with some friends to sit at the cute bar next time. We had an assortment of apps and meals – street corn crab dip, honey sriracha wings, piri piri wings, pesto fries, dirty fish n chips, Mozambique Mac n cheese, scallop blt salad, and chowder. All phenomenal and full of flavor! Great beer and cocktail list as well!

Came here for brunch with a couple of friends. It was a new place for all 3 of us and we loved it. The space is really cool and a great atmosphere. The bellini was unique and really yummy. The food is delicious and the portions are super generous. We will definitely be back again!
