Ok so hear me out, the food has been On point! I always get an extra cheese pizza with mushrooms and y’all legit chef kiss amazing. My son says they make an amazing subs. Customer service is amazing also. Honestly just give them a try it’s worth the drive into Waterford.

Ordered from here for the scheduled order pickup option at about 4:40 pm for pickup at 6:10 pm. When we picked up our food, it was almost as if they had put our order in immediately after getting our order and let it sit for 30 mins or so until or pickup time as our pizzas were so cold I could pick up one piece of the pizzas and the whole pizza picked up out of the box as a whole, like it was cardboard. Called to complain and they wanted me to drive back 15 mins from our house to bring them our nasty, cold food so they could remake it, with two children who were already over being in the car. Needless to say, after the poor customer service for our food being so bad, we will never order food from there again! Beware of this happening if you order a scheduled pickup for later!

Wings and Pizza were amazing. My only complaint is we were quoted 20 to 25 minutes and it took an hour to receive our food. However the food quickly over powered the frustration of the wait.

So we have been ordering here for years and I will continue. Tonight our order took a little longer than expected. They called, they apologized, and I wasn’t too bothered. It was still easier than me cooking and cleaning after the long week, plus it’s Friday who doesn’t want pizza on Friday? Even though it was after our estimated delivery time, everything was perfect. Worth the wait every time. No where makes a calzone like here. I’m happy to see you so busy! 10/10 would always recommend! Keep up the awesome work you guys! #1 Delivery service in Waterford!

The food here is pretty great; their subs and their pizza being recent favorites of mine. Their service is not always very accurate, though it’s unclear if the accuracy drops when the order is being taken or when the order is being made. They do delivery, but I would budget thirty minutes on top of their projection to be safe as sometimes the food can come quite late compared to their estimations.
