This restaurant is on the bayou. We sat on the porch over the water. It was quite serene! The pork chops and shrimp dish were simply delicious! I was there with my wife and three teenage boys. Three dishes came out on time. A hamburger came out 25 minutes later. My pork chops were a full 30 minutes after the the first dishes arrived. Everyone was done by then. Very disappointed to say the least. The waiter took two drinks and a cup of soup off the bill… Bill then was $112. We tipped $30. But was dissatisfied with the kitchen timing and the poor response, no manager, the waiter said it was unreasonable to wait that long. I hope your experience is better than mine.

Our server was very friendly and attentive. Our table was overlooking the water, and the view was beautiful. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. I had the Catfish Desiard, and it was delicious! There were 6 of us dining, and everyone loved their food. Can’t wait to go back!

Always great service, food and atmosphere. Often busy so reservations are recommended, especially if you want a nice window seat with a view of the bayou. Some options for low carb diets. Parking is a little crammed when busy.

Always a favorite when celebrating something or remembering someone special! We enjoy the festive atmosphere, comfortable seating (inside or outside),great waitstaff and the quality of the food plus the exceptional wine choices. I tried something new this time and was delighted. Great experience as usual! We even split dessert!

Nice place. The food is a bit overpriced, in my opinion. My son didn’t like the kids’ mac n cheese, but my grandbaby said her kids’ corn dog was good. The filet was over $40 and not as good as what most other steakhouses serve for less than that price. The service was decent, and the kids enjoyed getting to eat outside. They do have fans, so it makes the heat bearable while you’re eating.

Date night with the wife and we decided to go again. Been 3 years since our last visit. I ordered the Red Fish with baked potato and steamed broccoli. Also a cup of Gumbo that’s chicken and shrimp. My wife ordered the catfish also baked potato and grilled veggies. We both enjoyed our dinner. Charles our server was very friendly. I’m not going to wait 3 years to go back again.
