My two dozen crabs were very dry. They were overcooked. I could not eat the legs. I was very disappointed. During the visit, another customer was having a dispute with the staff which made my experience uncomfortable. When I came home, I began to eat the crabs; I was hot. I wrote them off of my list of go-to places.

Terrible experience. All I wanted was shrimp with cocktail sauce. What I got was a pound of hard-to-peel, tough shrimp caked in Old Bay thrown in two flimsy containers that themselves were haphazardly thrown in the bag, leaking over everything and a tiny half-full cup of cocktail sauce. The girl behind the counter was rude and didn’t seem to know what she was doing and no, if you order through door dash, it does not tell you of the ridiculous policy that you need to bring id. Should have gone elsewhere.

Ordered the shrimp cheesesteak and it was a mediocre cheesesteak with maybe two chopped up little shrimps. They definitely skimp on the shrimp but best believe they charge you shrimp prices! The deviled eggs were messed up on top of eachother with the filling everywhere due to the way the worker handled them upon packaging.

If this is a medium crab I would hate to get small I ordered large and medium they were terrible. I remember why I stopped going to them. And started going to Skip Jacks and the paper is free. Very disappointed they put my separate order of mediums in the same bag as my large they all ended up looking the same. I never really leave reviews but I couldn’t walk away from this one. Not cool.

Drove from harford county, for the 5th time now, to pick up a paid online order. When I get there, all the sudden, they hold the food hostage (paid for btw) until I can produce the card used to pay for the order. Not driving all the way back to get the stupid card then back to get the food. Need to make sure people are aware of this “sudden new policy ” before wasting both our times and money.

Customer service was great everybody was kind, inviting and had no problem explaining the menu, if you can’t decide what to order. They have a large menu of different seafood idea to choose from, and everything is cooked fresh to ordered. I ordered two lump crab cake platters and a pound of steamed Shrimp. The crab cakes were cooked perfect and they were ALL meat (no heavy breading). I ordered fries, hush puppies, and deviled eggs as a side. The fries are amazing , the hush puppies are good as well, but the deviled eggs are lack luster to say the least ♂️. The steamed shrimp were spot on and they come with onions and obay for free . Waterman’s seafood pride definitely gets my stamp of “Baltimore seafood place you must eat in if you visit”. The prices are surprisingly reasonable when you think about the delicious seafood dishes they’re serving . I don’t have anything bad to say about my experience, the deviled eggs are wack but I feel like I’m jus knit picking . It’s in a great shopping center that has a 3$ movie theater, Rita’s and other stores to shop in. I’d suggest you try Waterman’s Pride Seafood if you’re ever craving seafood .
