If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We had a wedding rehearsal dinner (over 30 people) there and everything was excellent! Working with Chef Maria was wonderful! She helped make everything just what we wanted and was flexible and accommodating to our needs. The appetizers were wonderful and the meals were delicious! We had great service,too! We will definitely go back when we visit the Dayton area!

We have been to Watermark several times, the latest Saturday August 12, 23. We always have a good experience but I would put this at the very top. The chef/owner came to our table and discussed several of the menu items & since I have celiac let me know what would be safe for me. I had the salmon with dill sauce & mashed sweet potatoes. It truly was the best salmon I have ever had. After our meal she came to our table to see how it was and after finding out it was our anniversary, brought us a small bottle of champagne to toast the moment. Obviously a big part of a good dining experience is the server and Hayden was fantastic. He was kind & personable and truly made it such an enjoyable occasion. I highly recommend.

Food, service, and atmosphere all excellent. The server remembered us from our last visit and my odd dietary restrictions. The bartender made a cocktail for my wife that wasn’t on the menu. She was honestly excited about the opportunity to create! Chef came out to greet us and tell us about some upcoming events. Wonderful experience! We will definately be going back.

I went here for restaurant week and the food was incredible!! I was practically licking the plate. I got the boudin balls, shrimp and grits, and bread pudding to eat and the Sage Advice to drink. I love the decor/ambiance of the restaurant as well. The staff was SUPER friendly and attentive. Just an all around fantastic dining experience. I can’t wait to come back.

Our food, waiter and atomsphere were exquisite! We were all thoroughly impressed from the moment we walked in the door. Everything was unique. The French martini and mixed to perfection. J. Alexanders was my favorite restaurant and now it’s Watermark! Compliments to the chef and staff. This is a birthday to remember!

Best scallops I’ve had other than Gordon Ramsey in Vegas . Rotating seasonal menu so there’s always something new to try. Seasonal cocktails too! Great atmosphere for date night or other celebrations.

Last night for my birthday I enjoyed Backwater Voodoo’s terrific gumbo. Hearing that the Watermark is also owned by the same owners , I met my wife and son there. I enjoyed a blood orange drink while waiting for our order. The filet with sauce is wonderful! The mashed potatoes and carrots were delectable. Totally terrific experience!! Will be back!
