Counter service breakfast with a lake view. Eggs and potatoes were a little undercooked. Nice crispy bacon and generous portion. Not sure why reservations are accepted via OpenTable, no point or need.

Delicious all American breakfast available on property. Good sized portion for the price. Beautiful view that relaxes the eyes and soul. Coffee was enjoyed as well. Recommend after a relaxing massage at the Midtown Spa on property.

Came for Mother’s Day brunch (first time customers- we do a lot of brunch buffets) and it was a very sad spread. No bread in general or potato’s. They had an omelet station, salad, shrimp, and 4 hot plates. It felt like a very last minute set up and they didn’t know it was Mother’s Day. It looked like others too seemed confused on the buffet selection. When asked if there was any toast for the omelets or even pancakes/waffles, they said no, just what you see. We then asked the waitress and she said if we wanted toast it would be extra charge, when paying $65 per person, you would think it would be a normal brunch spread bread, lunch items, omelet , waffles, drinks. Oak brook has so many great restaurants and I wish Waters Edge’s menu was posted before we arrived so we knew what we were getting. Hope this feedback helps the management team create a better future experience to others.

Efficient staff and big portions of delicious food. We had the breakfast included in our stay, so we ordered the short rib hash (comes with perfectly poached eggs, rye toast and hollandaise sauce) and a sausage & asparagus frittata, which comes with hash browns and toast. For beverages we enjoyed the mango, coconut, and pineapple smoothie and mocha, all free with our room. Pretty great value and we really enjoyed the food, which can be taken to go.

Food quality at dinner was about equal to Applebee’s. Burnt burger and salmon, overdressed salad. Not up to Hyatt standards.

Attended a meeting here as a presenter. The room was oddly set. Great for a meeting but limited access to electricity. Assistance was requested and provided by friendly and helpful maintenance staff.

Expensive compared to others, but has a better nature vibe than other courses, tough holes and plenty of water to challenge yourself. Actual sand traps at this course compared to others!

Reduced quality and service with pre-pandemic pricing. Pick up something on the way to the hotel or go out. Not worth it.
