At first I thought I was overreacting or just hangry until I read the other reviews about the wait time. A lot of people come here during their lunchbreak so you would assume that this location would be prepared for that.

this store is disgusting. I watched someone drinking, take on and off his hat with gloves on and then proceed to make food with the same gloves. There was 3 people behind the counter making food and yet no food was coming out. You would think placing an order ahead would mean it would be done when you got here 10 minutes later. 10/10 don’t recommend coming here.

Seriously the worst Wawa. I live around the corner but usually go out if my way to Concord Pike just to avoid this place. Ade the mistake today of ordering a latte here. Waited nearly half an hour. No one was making drinks at all for like the first 15 min as orders piled up. Finally a woman showed up and started making drinks, starting st orders that came in after mine. I finally got her attention and asked if my order was going to be made any time soon. She didn’t say a word and just went and made it, then called out my number as if she had no idea I was right there and just asked her. The whole time she made drinks, every time she opened the refrigerator for something she left the door wide open while she used that item and only closed it when she put the item back. That fridge is jam packed. No way it’s staying cold that way. I’m glad I got oat milk, that doesn’t spoil as easily but people getting actual dairy are probably wondering why they’re sick.

This Wawa is quite terrible. After ordering a sandwich and waiting for 10m, I was informed the sandwich that I requested is currently unavailable. The system said it was, but there appeared to be a disconnect. The employees looked at me with a blank face and were unsure about to what to do. I recommend trying somewhere else. Here is an image of the sandwich I didn’t receive.

Very disappointed with this Wawa. Many times they get the deli orders wrong. I actually saw them arguing with a customer that was given the wrong sandwich. She was given someone else’s order I didn’t realize it until she went out to the car.

If Wawa wanted to save money by closing stores this should be the first one they close. This might actually be the worst wawa I’ve ever been too. I might as well go to a 7-11. Only 1 person working in the deli during lunch? I used to be a manager at another location and this is unacceptable based Wawas standards. 20 minutes for me to get a simple sandwich on multiple occasions. I’ve seen much busier stores get food out in less than 5 (as they’re supposed to).

Every single time I come here I have to wait over 15 mins for one easy iced coffee to be made. I was literally the only person waiting on a drink to be made there was no sandwiches being made there was nobody ahead of me and it took this girl almost 20 minutes. I stood there and watched as she stared at the order or the directions on how to make it for at least two full minutes I wasn’t quite sure she had fallen asleep mind you it’s quarter to five in the afternoon. I love this Wawa I used towork at this Wawa I don’t want to stop going to this Wawa but Jesus Christ can we please up it a little bit customer service is really going downhill

Customer service really sucks, there are a few exceptions, Dana and Scott… and the small young lady who usually does the register.. Caleb in the food preparation area… the ladies white lady (store manager). I actually work for the state working closely with inspector… and I feel like the attitude, the less concern, lack of sympathy is down right disrespect and disheartening…it’s really hard to understand why the customer service actually suck.. I walked in asked for a salad did the kiosk and I usually hit boil egg (no charge) as I do for all wawa.. there is a button to push on the kiosk.. but this particular wawa does not have that so I asked if they could put a egg on it.. one lady comes from behind food area.. and say u have to hit this button which charges .50 for one boiled egg… I express other small wawa have a button with a pic of the egg with an charge it’s part of the condemn. She stated” not here… wow… thanks for the customer service… long story short just rude
