I recently placed an order for a turkey sandwich to pick up, but unfortunately, while enjoying my meal, I noticed a hair in it. This experience left me feeling quite disappointed and concerned. In order to prevent such incidents in the future, I kindly request that the staff wear hairnets, as the presence of foreign objects in food can be quite off-putting and unappetizing. They often don’t have drinks because they’re understaffed. When I do order a drink, they make other people’s drink first if it’s an easier order even though I ordered and paid first. This is very poor customer service. They should make the drinks in the order of payment.

Best Wawa, best food and best customer service. This is my to go place for soups, my favorite soup is Chicken Corn Chowder and obviously for coffee my favorite Mocha Mint Iced Latte or Mocha Mint Iced Coffee. My favorite barista’s name is Ava, she’s kind, friendly, wonderful, polite and know how to prepare the best drinks. They are all good, but Ava goes above and beyond to make sure we’re happy with our orders. Mostly everyone in that store are always smiling and always make us feel welcome. Store is always clean, compare to others I have visited. Always find what we’re looking for and most importantly everything is always fresh. My only suggestion would be for the availability of the soups, for what I see chicken corn chowder is one of the most popular soups, so they should have it ready more often and in more quantities, I have had the experience of ordering it because is showing on the menu and when I go to pick it up they tell me they don’t have it or there’s not enough. They should make sure to check the menu constantly on the website so they don’t have to excuse themselves and we don’t waste our time and gas going there to find out that they don’t have what we order. We love our Wawa!!

This Wawa is the dirtiest Wawa I’ve ever seen the bathrooms are disgusting and they never had what you want the expresso machines are always broke or something’s always broke and you can’t order what you today is the 4th day I’ve tried to come in order a latte and they still don’t have an expresso machine that works I’m going to stop coming to this Wawa go to the Wawa on aloma or university they’re way better

Tonight just so happens to be the worst night I’ve had since being in Florida. I had an issue with my car. I walked for miles till I got to a populated area to ask for help. Of course my phone died and I was panicking a little. Since COVID no one helps anyone anymore. I got to a wawa at chickasaw and east colonial where not only was I able to eat and get a drink which I was needing desperately I had a wonderful guy named Jeremiah who helped me not once but twice get my phone charged to get help for me . And Roxanne as sweet as she is doing what she could for me as well. This folks is how you run a business. Make yes and thank you words that you use daily. They did and it makes them shine way brighter than all the rest. Bravo for these guys. They are who I will see daily for my time here in Orlando. Thanks guys . You really are great

Their air pump is 9/10 times not working, and when it does, it’s not accurate, while I understand it’s a complementary service; it still it’s not usable most of the time. Rest of the store it’s good, their bathrooms are clean most of the time and the coffee and deli always have all options.
