I wasn’t hugely hungry and got the children burger smothered with a few toppings. It hit the spot and was wonderful. I hadn’t had a buger in years. I will enjoy thst again. From the fresh bun to all ingredients and fries. Thank you. Staff, very friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean, which speaks volumes.

I ordered here through Postmates. I ordered the mango habanero chicken sandwich along with bacon and cheese fries and a key lime pie milkshake. Delivery time was good however, the driver arrived with no milkshake in hand. So I called the restaurant and informed Postmates on the app of my experience . The restaurant assured me there was nothing they can do to help with my order unless I was able to come drive and pickup my milkshake as if I did not tio my delivery driver to ensure timely delivery and bring the items to me for a reason. Postmates also refused to partially refund my order they keep insisting that my order is not eligible for a refund. On top of that the fries I received were indeed bacon cheese fries as they slapped a few crunches of bacon on top of some soggy fries with school lunch cafeteria style cheese that barely melted on my food. I didn’t want a refund I just wanted my milkshake but they instead would rather I have taken to this forum here to share my experience instead of handling it appropriately. My order was $40 in total including delivery and fees and I was given $1 worth of satisfaction and customer service from both way back burger as well as Postmates.

Their burgers are amazing ! Excellent quality and cooked with care . I had the “impossible melt burger” if I recall correctly , all I can remember that it was the best burger I ever had ! They also have good quality milk shakes . The staff ( Lara , Grace , and Logan ) that was there that day were impressive to say the least . I’m definitely plan to go back again and again….

Eat here often last 2 times ordered and paid for rodeo burger and paid for chili booth times charged for chili but never put on Sandwiche. Called shop was told they to busy to take any phone orders or complaints and hung up the phone. Very Rude possible my last visit to this location. Also observing the employees bump into each and me and my colleague thought they was about to fist fight.***update owner responded tried to reach out but was provided a email address that was not valid***

Hopefully management (if there is any) sees this and changes something. My girlfriend and I stopped by for dinner around 7pm, we ordered burgers and fries. The careless attitude from everybody led me to instantly thing there was going to be an issue. As I’m sitting down, I hear this lady yelling in the back, her eyes were rolling around as if she was on something, no cleanliness at all touching everybody’s food with no gloves. Making remarks out loud in front of children “I’m done with this shit”. About 20 minutes after ordering the guys who took my order had to come up to my table and ask me 2 more times what I had, which was the simple order of 2 burgers 2 fries. I eventually went up to the counter and said what’s going on are you guys alright? The lady looked at me and stormed out the back door of the building. My girlfriend and I were both in shock as well as all the other customers dealing with the same thing. I wanted to dine in but we did not feel comfortable so we went home. In hopes that the food was at-least good, it was very upsetting, and we love waybacks but won’t visit that location again.

Today I ordered a chicken crispy sandwich with extra pickles and mushrooms. It was delicious and very fresh. Moreover, the restaurant team were very polite and and friendly. I would definitely recommend Way back Burgers to other people.
