Great food, excellent service, reasonable prices. My friend had a special order on his burger and they stepped out from behind the counter to check with him for clarification on the order, rather than just making an assumption. It was impressively proactive and not the sort of thing you’d see in an ordinary fast food joint. I definitely plan on going back.

Got a classic burger here for a quick bite and was expecting a run of the mill grease pit burger but was pleasantly surprised when I got a well balanced juicy burger with fresh veggies. Really well balanced burger. Then after a couple of minutes the owner came out with basket of fries and said he made to many for last order and offered them to me for free.

The food is pretty good. It’s made fresh to order, so there is a bit of a wait. It’s also comparable to prices for kost fast food. Service quality has gone down quite a bit over the last 6 to 9 months. The interactions with customers borders on rude sometimes depending on who is working and how busy it is.

Excellent burgers. On this day the inventory on three of the six primary menu items had been depleted limiting my wife’s choices. The atmosphere was quiet but our table was spotted with sticky residue. I recommend more frequent cleaning. Wait time for our meals was reasonable.

They compare themselves to 5 guys, I don’t eat fast food often but I thought with them claiming to be better than a place I liked, I’d try. Honestly not even close, way too greasy and slow even when they weren’t busy.

Very respectful and loving people there!!! I also love the fact that I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes for my food to be ready.
