Ordered this on door dash this afternoon for lunch and got a double bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, a regular fries and an order of chicken strips. The burger was good. I’d say it’s on par with five guys minus the grease. Fries are really good. Chicken strips were good but not great wasn’t crazy about them. I’d say way back is a step above your average Burger King, Wendy’s etc.

Been here 3 times as its close to work. The burgers are ok, but for a place with “burger” in the name they are mediocre. I had a chicken blt this time, and they forgot the bacon?? Its in the name! I asked for a cup for water and got charged for a soft drink, and the water on the soft drink machine is broken anyway.

Horrible service. I went to order three burgers, the lady came over with an attitude, wouldn’t listen to me as I ordered and talked to me in a condescending manner. I repeated myself several times before she somehow became even ruder toward me. At this point I just said nevermind, and left.

Today wayback burgers were giving out free black and white milkshakes in celebration of summer. Along with the free milkshake, I bought a veggie burger. Every part of my experience was good, the service, the food. The thing I can point out that needs attention was the garbage, it was overflowing.

Good food and service, but could be a 5 star with better food. Burger was dry. The dude needs to STOP SQUEEZING THE JUICES OUT OF THE BURGERS! Dude was constantly squashing the patties with the spatula.. It is well known that you NEVER press on the burger. NEVER. After it is squashed to burger size and shape, NEVER press on it again. NEVER.
