I’ve ordered from Wayback many times and never an issue until today. When I called to inform a manager of the piece of plastic I bit into and then pulled out of my burger I was met with a disbelieving tone and told “I don’t know how that would have happened, we don’t even use plastic.” by the shift leader. I was then offered a remade burger without an apology. After finding plastic and being spoken to in an unprofessional manner I did refuse the offer and will not be a returning customer. I want to share my experience so that others can be careful with their orders in the future.

Burgers were very good. Was my first time getting food from this restaurant and it was a positive. Ordered online to pick up ourselves. Was disorganized when we got there and the staff couldn’t locate our order, even though there were only 3 orders they had left for pickup.

We came here on our way through figuring a nice new burger place could be fun.We expected good burgers similar portions and prices to 5 guys and quick service. We did not get any of that. While the staff was friendly the service was very slow with our sandwiches coming out only warm and fries boiling hot. The quality of the food was not good. Both our meals tasted bland and we also later got bad heartburn (not normal for us we eat burgers fairly often) . Lastly for what you pay the servings are tiny and overpriced. We will not stop here again.

$50 bucks for nothing. The people working was the only good thing about our order to go. The burgers were so bad for the price,.. you just would have expected more for the cost. The shakes were nothing the website described. Will go somewhere else for burgers.
