The burgers are delicious when we’ve been to here before. Unfortunately, they’re currently operating on limited hours (like closing Friday at 4 PM), but it’s not posted anywhere on the website. Didn’t find out until we went there and found the doors locked with a sign of their adjusted hours.

Waited 40 min for our food with 20 of it our hamburgers under a lamp . Unfortunately while watching our hamburgers stay warm the cashier started to help but should not have been handling food . Her hair was not pulled back and hanging over food,also with gloves on after wrapping hamburgers she would wipe her hands on the back side of her pants,never changing her gloves when grabbing more of the hamburgers to wrap,they should be very happy I wasn’t an inspector . At 40 min went up to ask how much longer for our food and the wonderfull fry guy who was getting everything wrong the whole time we watched and waited, never put our fries, onion rings,or cheese curds in. And with that they told me 2 min. There’s no way we were waiting any longer, especially knowing how long our burgers were waiting so we asked for our money back. It seems you get better service if you order it threw the apps then in person had been going there since they opened in Millersville, won’t go back very dissapointed

We don’t recommend ordering online for pick up from Millersville PA location! Reason being is an order was placed for pick up, a confirmation was received for pick up, we live about 25-30mins away. 10 minutes before our pick up time a message was sent that our order was cancelled. The message wasn’t seen since we were driving, we walked in to pick the order up for the female employee working to be rude, told us the order wasn’t received, then proceeded to lie saying the online ordering was turned off since the night before. We could of called this employee out but the store was busy and this would have probably only escalated the situation more! I was hot under the collar, but chose to take the high road and leave! Now I understand the whole being busy but canceling an order is really not away to do business! Maybe make the online orders you have and if you/your staff are overwhelmed with orders shut the online ordering down to get caught up. Canceling one’s order then being rude and being dishonest is definitely not how you go about keeping business! We reached out to have our concern addressed but here we are a week later and still haven’t heard back. An apology goes a long way WAYBACK! Customer service is something that needs to be worked on! Unsatisfied customers that won’t return.
