Stopped into this newly opened location. Everything looks clean, ,neat and organized. I ordered their craft your own grilled chicken sandwich and it was good. They have many options to choose from to customize any sandwich to your liking. They also have a vegetarian option using impossible burger that can be customized as well. Fresh ingredients with a friendly and helpful staff. Nice dining area with nice tables and some outdoor seating when the weather is nice. Prices seem fair and food is good.

I went to jake’s Wayback Burger for my first time. I ordered a caramel milkshake and what the guy told me Was their version of the big Mac? I got it to go. I watched him make my milkshake. It was made with hershey’s carmel syrup. I should have asked for a cup of water instead but I decided to give it a try. I ended up regretting not asking for that cup of water. When I got home and unwrapped the burger it was burnt. I didn’t have time to drive back so I just tried it. It was burnt and also very greasy. It was absolutely disgusting. I sent the company an email. They completely blew me off. absolutely no response. I didn’t expect my sixteen dollars back but they could have at least offered me a five dollar coupon or even just an apology would have been nice. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Kinda slow when we went in there. I got the classic burger with fries and a mud pie Oreo milkshake. It was all very delicious! I would definitely go back. Prices were comparable to five guys. Not a ton of seating.

I ordered via phone, waited 5-10 minutes went inside it was ready to go, however I ordered a shake when I paid and instead of the kitchen staff making it the cashier makes it but the problem was there was a couple behind me so I had to wait 5-10 minutes for a shake , while she was making the shake the phone rang instead of asking for help she had to stop and answer the phone. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes for a 45 second process, the shake was very good however the burger tasted like an average burger like Wendy’s and I asked for a lettuce and I got 1 paper thin sheet of lettuce, I’ll maybe stop in the future for a shake again but not all that

I went to this place when they first opened, and it was terrible. However me loving wayback, I had to give it a second chance. It did improve my second time. But the 3rd and 4th time I went, it was much closer to the quality of Schnecksville and Easton. I would recommend stopping because they have the best burgers around, just make sure they get your order right.

Tried this place for the first time Saturday. My brother and I both used coupons to get a buy one get one burger and chicken sandwich respectively. Tried both the Big Easy burger and the BLT chicken sandwich at the suggestion of the person working the counter. The food is a bit pricy, however you can really taste the quality in the sandwiches. Also to note: THIS PLACE IS NOT FAST FOOD! It’s considered “short order” so don’t freak out if you have to wait a bit for the food to be ready.

If the owners there service is awesome. Food always good. But if the owners not there like today 7/13/23 at 1830 every customer ended up not getting 1 thing the ordered including me. No sorry no nothing. We watched 10 different people come back and say hey where’s my this. I still never got my chilli cheese fires. Food still good service sucked. I will make it a point to only eat there if the owners there. I recommend you all do the same. Thank you BigJ

Nice building and great food. Multiple stops with different workers and it has always been a good experience. Only nitpick is they could wipe down the tables more but I haven’t seen anything too bad. They offer an impossible patty and NFC payment support.
