The burger and fries were delicious. No complaints! The shake that was given (free shake day) was good too. My only issues was the leaking water i assume from the soda machine which had a huge puddle in the womans bathroom. The tables im not sure if its the table itsself or if it just was not cleaned but the table was hardcore sticky. Otherwise the food was good and customer service was good (minus lady taking my order, she definitely must have been at the end of her shift)

We were just passing through today & decided to try Jake’s Wayback Burgers. We had the Classic Burger with fries & Chicken BLT. The cooks & owner/manager went above & beyond for our lunch. They were all kind & courteous. The restaurant was clean, including the restrooms. Thanks so much for the good food & making my Chicken BLT & pickles the way I wanted them!! Awesome to see good teamwork & eat in a pleasant atmosphere. Keep up the good work!!

Worst chili dog I ever had in my life – ordered with “chili only” and they covered it with cheese. and burnt chili. Had to resort to a knife & fork to eat it- was so messy- could even pick it up.I’ll stick to DQ chili dogs from now on,

They need to get more help. Not sure if it was due to take out orders, but there werent that many people there and the service was incredibly slow (said it would take 15-20 mins and it took almost 40) and they tried to bring us the wrong order four times. One of our party had to leave so we asked for his order to go…asked for BBQ sauce with his chicken tenders and we got a BBQ burger in the bag..?? Its a shame, we used to love this place, but we won’t be going back.

The staff was very friendly and clean. The food was also good. One thing I have to complain about tho is the building needs to be torn down and replaced. All the ceiling fans were leaking and the floor was sticky, plus the bathrooms were nasty! The location itself wasn’t bad.

Out of the three recent orders I’ve placed at this location, Dave the “Manager” has managed to give me then wrong order that caused me to have to drive back. The second time I got a “well your don’t need to be rude” when I came back in, dropped the bag on the counter and stated “This is the second time you have given me the wrong order.” Maybe if someone there answered their phone after 3 attempts, I may not have been frustrated in having to drive BACK again due to their screw up. Also they might want to get their menu board updated to reflect their price jump on basically everything.

It was a good, clean restaurant. We were the only ones in at the time but the food was fast, hot and fresh. Prices weren’t too bad either i guess. We got a kids burger meal, chicken fingers and a double bacon meal for $26. Not bad for a good jucy chees burger.

I was not pleased with this place. I ordered my food online for immediate pickup, the message read that it would be ready at 1:35 I got there at 1:37-1:40 they hadn’t even started my food. It was 2:10 before my food was ready and the fries was supposed to have been a large for $4.95 I was expecting something shareable that little amount for that amount of money was ridiculous. Both Hamburgers were supposed to have had lettuce included neither had lettuce and one was an impossible melt it wasn’t. The buns were cold which made the Hamburgers lukewarm. For them to say they were just starting to cook my food it all should have been steaming hot. It’s not like they were busy at all, two of the workers were hanging out in the parking lot. This was my first and last time and I don’t recommend it. ☹
