I love jakes! But This place is so DISRESPECTFUL!!! The manager is rude! i Called To see if they wanted to donate towards are Aids Delaware We are hosting a event. And the manager was so rude hung up in my ear. she could have just said no! but she lied and said she had a store full of customers and they wasn’t even Open Yet!!! WoW! Idk how she became manager! and there service and customer service sucks as well.

I took my grandkids today and the doors were locked. It was 1:30 pm today, no note on the door. Sunday’s they close at 8 pm. Big disappointment
