The food is delicious hands down!!!!! I’ve ordered here several times and each time it has been great. The service I received was ok. When I arrived to the restaurant to pick up my order I was given another customers food with the same name. When I alerted them off the error they just simply handed me my food with no explanation. In addition the lids for the fountain drinks were empty. I asked for a lid and the server seemed annoyed that I interrupted his day. The rest of the staff was busy and friendly. My preference going forward is to have the food delivered. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, the fries are not greasy and the hotdogs are the best I’ve ever had.

The food was fantastic, the burger was juicy and fresh, the fries were hot and crispy. I ordered a red velvet cupcake milkshake it was spectacular, great customer service. Food was a little pricey but definitely worth it. If want a hamburger hands-down one of the best places to go to.

My first time at Wayback Burgers the other day, I am appalled to say the least, the workers touching food without gloves and joking about “roaches” in the building. I hope that is not true, the place is already unsanitary looking and if you watch them make your food you will see why. The “mangers” are subpar and rude, getting smart and yelling at customers. I will not be returning to Wayback Burgers.

The pictures do really make the food look great so good job on the marketing team. I would like to say that it was the driving factor of my purchase. I will try and be as unbiased as possible and show you pictures and you be the judge. Besides that, the food was ok, I would come again but another note is 5.99 for a small loaded fry and 2.99 extra for an additional pattie. That’s half the cost of the burger lol.

I ordered food from Wayback Burgers through door dash. When the food arrived we discovered the hamburgers were all raw and cold. I called Wayback to let them know and they said there is nothing they can do and to contact door dash! I’m confused honestly. Did door dash cook my burgers? The other option was to bring in my 3 burgers and get 2 free ones!!! WHAT?

Honestly this was a let down today, i got the chicken tenders for 9$ and it was only a four piece and each one were small boys with no fries. The cost is overpriced for that and the only reason you even deserve one star is because of the friendly employees. I had no idea how much of a rip off this joint is…
