This was my second time ordering from Wayback burgers and I must admit it doesn’t get any better over time. The food smells amazing, but honestly that is as good as it gets. I ordered $25 dollars worth of food and it was not worth it. I ordered a vanilla shake which tasted like milk and was watery, not thick at all. It was not good. I didn’t want a glass of milk for $5 I wanted a shake. I ordered chicken tenders as well they were fried well, but had no flavor and were very bland! I ordered Mac n cheese bites no complaints there. I also ordered the big easy burger which was not cooked to my liking very soft meat, it was strange. I even tried to cook it at home and the meat would not become firm. The burger lack seasoning and flavor. The whole meal was not good. I was so disappointed with my order and food. I wanted to like Wayback burgers and it just disappointed me.

I ordered door dash pick up tonight and this was my daughter’s chicken strip meal. The fries were my full order. They were out of ice and coke had no carbonation. I didn’t see any of this until I got home. My husband called and asked the shift lead if there was a number where we could send these photos to and I quote shift lead ” I don’t care about seeing the food”! Asked if there was a manager to speak to “Nope, maybe next week”. Needless to say worst experience we’ve had at your place!!

The burgers are unseasoned beef and as thick as a McDonald’s quarter pounder and the double bacon was so thin it was literally see through. Then the habanero chicken sandwich is also thin and not worth the money. Won’t come back for sure

Recently ordered from here on Uber Eats very dissatisfied. Employees do not pay attention to instructions nor the care of the customer. Ordered cookies n cream shakes and they gave ALL chocolate shakes. Payed almost $100 worth and had a horrible first time experience. Chicken patty in picture is shown is over cooked and did not come with extra bacon. The Double Bacon Cheeseburger did not even come with bacon. Like who is working and following instructions.

We have tried to give this place a chance numerous times. Alas, we are done. It took forever to get our food. It wasn’t even during a lunch or dinner rush. We have tried different times and days, but they didn’t matter. 20-30 minutes for food. It’s just too long for food, that is okay.
