It was ok they do like a smashed style burger, everything was freshly made, and came out in fair timing. What I didn’t like is having to take sides off others plates since they put the wrong sides to our orders and the employee who brought out the food didn’t care and just said ” so she put your onion rings on that plate, and your fries are on that plate…” I won’t be back I get better service and tastier food from Five guys burgers and fries. It’s also rather pricey for what you get.

We stopped by here on the way home from the beach. The food was very tasty including the burgers, tots, and onion rights. We also tried the shakes and they delivered for a small tasty treat. It was a nice change from regular fast food while traveling on the road. The staff are friendly and the restrooms were clean. It’s a little tight/small in the restaurant for dining inside, in my opinion, but it’s always a good sign that the food is good when all the tables are full. Also, we did not have to wait too long for our order.

Their grilled chicken sandwiches are much better than the ones that Chick Filet makes. The quality of their grilled chicken is what sets it apart. I was looking for a place that sells a good grilled chicken sandwich and finally found it in Wayback. Since I’m health conscience but still crave a chicken sandwich every once in a while, this is a great option. Chick Filet should take note so they can offer something alternative to their fried chicken sandwiches that actually tastes good.

I do not recommend. I have been here a few times and have been disappointed by the lackluster of each menu item I ordered (burger, hot dog, bacon cheese fries, etc). The only menu items I would recommend are the milkshakes. Additionally, it is sometimes difficult to order at this particular spot because the cashier usually has their back turned chatting with the cooks and won’t acknowledge customers until after they finish a personal conversation. Another time, a different cashier wasn’t knowledgeable about their menu at all and told me they do not sell hot dogs (they do).

Update: It’s been three weeks and although I the company replied under this review, I sent an email to the address provided and I haven’t heard anything back(even though they promise to respond within 48 hrs). I won’t be patronizing any of the franchises at this point.

Me and my husband enjoyed the food it was hot and very yummy! He enjoyed the cheesesteak with pepper Jack instead! And I got the cheesy I personally think it’s the best burger. People very nice and it’s lively I enjoyed my lunch date

This place has the best food and the best customer service! I enjoy dining in where they bring me my food on a plate unlike Five Guys where they throw everything in a bag for me to sort out. The milkshakes are made with real icecream and not from a mix! Bravo! and did I mention they’re reasonibly priced?! and Locally owned.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. However the double burger I got had no seasoning on the Patty making the sandwich very bland and the potato bun just didn’t taste right. I also ordered the fried pickles which were very saturated in Grease and it was a very small order for a over $4 and I ended up throwing most of those away. Let’s just say if I’m going to spend $30 on two burgers I’m going to head on over to five guys instead of way back burgers.
