Great service upon walking in! I was greeted and felt welcomed! I ordered burger melt, fries and a mint-chocolate milkshake! Of course I didn’t need it, but my tastebuds and tummy was SO HAPPY I ate there! The ambiance reminds me of the show “Happy Days!” Only the Fonz wasn’t there! Great place to visit! I will go again when vacationing! Fresh food! Free parking. Shares a lot with other restaurants. Clean and a high report card! I only spent 18.00. Plus I tipped the waiter/cashier. He was so respectful! He’s in the last photo smiling!

Went here on a Sunday afternoon with seven family members. The food was excellent and so was the service! We got 4 types of burgers, two types of chicken sandwiches and a hotdog. It was all really good and I would highly recommend! The owner checked on us and he was very nice to talk with!

First time at a wayback burger. The cashier at 1:15pm on 6/20/2023 was the worst ever!!!!! My husband and I came in and said HI and she nodded looking down then I said how’s your day? And no response. While she waited for our food she was on her cell phone. When our food was ready she brought over burgers then went back to get tots and never said one word not even after we said thank you!!!!! Will not be back to this wayback burger. Need FRONT Staff to have a personality.

Ordered trough Uber and food was cold, no ranch or sauces for pickles, onion rings and fries. Called Wayback and they blamed Uber. I watched our Uber driver waiting for our food on the app so it wasn’t their fault. Of course they don’t care or want to rectify the problem. I would definitely not recommend this place. They have the business now cause of the outlet stores but eventually word of mouth spreads and people will stop eating there. I know I’ll tell everyone not to eat there!

It is 7:26 as I am writing this review and the doors are locked with 5 employees on the inside. I arrived at 7:10 planning on getting my wife and I some food but I must have missed the memo that they close whenever they feel like closing. I know that the employees that were there on January 11th, 2021 seen me as they looked at me while they put chairs on the tables. The hours on the door state that they close at 8 p.m. so why are the doors locked at 7:10 p.m.. Plus to make matters worse both Swirl Crepe and Which Wich are still accepting customers. This is absolutely unacceptable Wayback! Guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and for everyone else that is reading this review and want Wayback at this location, make sure you arrive before 7, or 6, or maybe even 5. They may be open then….

Terrible service. Girl taking orders was staring at her phone the whole time then serves other people before me. I ask where my order is and she said “I thought you left” I’ve been sitting there at the bar the entire 30 minutes it took them to cook 2 burgers. Slow business with slow employees.

Visited here on Saturday Jan 21st 2023, lunchtime, the young lady at the counter was very pleasant(getting very rare these days), I failed to get her name. She deserves mucho kudos! Lovely smile and a lovely attitude. The burgers were delicious. Overall a great experience! Thanks for giving excellent customer service.

My daughter and I stopped in to get lunch today. She ordered a hotdog without mustard, and when she took one bite, she realize that mustard was on it. She spoke to the cashier and was informed “the cooks accidentally put mustard on it and tried to scrape it off”. I then also advised her my sandwich was cold and asked if the buns come cold regularly and again she replied, “ they took the buns out of the freezer too late last night, and didn’t want to put it under the warmer to burn them”. It felt like it came out of the refrigerator. My daughter requested a partial refund for the hot dog and she stated she would need to call the manager. She came back and stated it was not approved. Because she ate some of it and she took one bite to discover that it had mustard on it. Worst service Ever!! What if she were allergic ???nobody cared! #dontwasteurmoney !
