Since moving to FishHawk over nine years ago, my family and I have been regular customers. Jay, the owner, runs a great business. Their burgers are fresh and served fast. The quality of the burgers is similar to what you can get at a more expensive bar and grill restaurant. When we have family come to visit, they like Wayback as well.

Drove 45 mins to check this place out and was 100% worth the trip. Burgers are amazing. Regular fries were ok, chili cheese fries were great though. Amazing milkshakes. And most importantly, staff was incredible! Very personable, gave us the run down on everything, asked about the food and experience. Overall highly satisfied and will take this trip again for sure!

Quite the variety of Shakes. Had coffee flavor and it was rich and delicious. The fries and burger were good but not amazing. Given the prices, I expected more wow factor. Workers were kind but preoccupied. Location is easily accessible. Clean and adequate seating was available. Simple decoration pretty standard ambiance. Was not bad but no concern if I never return.

I ordered on Uber eats anytime I’ve eaten here – first time I ordered everything was great. This time I ordered a cheesesteak and it was disgusting. There was cartilage every other bite which grossed me out all the way. The burger my partner said was ok. Then I ordered a milkshake – and mind you this is Uber. The lid on the milk shake has a huge hole on the top and they just left it wide open. I was really disappointed to see that they don’t have stickers or at least a different lid on it if it’s going to be apart of a Uber order where a stranger will have your food. It made me so uneasy I just dumped the shake out, Wasting my money. This visit made me determine that I will not return
