I fell in a puddle of water by the soda machine & was only given a towel to dry off my soaking pants. They said they just cleaned up the leaking machine but then cleaned up the small lake after I fell. This was a very disappointing experience from a place I take my kids. Don’t think I’ll be going back now due to how poorly this was handled.

This is my favorite place for a great quality burger. They are the best in the business. The burgers are all beef, hand pressed, and delicious. Better than Five Guys, with better buns, too. The fries are just as good, and they are very generous with them. Best of all the price is much better. They have lots of other choices, including home made potato chips and real milkshakes. If you haven’t tried Wayback yet, you have to make it your next visit when you are craving a great burger.

Wayback Burger is the best!! My husband and I recently moved to the area and walked into Wayback one day where we were kindly greeted by staff and management. Cheeseburgers are one of my favorite foods, but I don’t usually get them from fast food spots, except now from Wayback because the quality is great, the food is delicious and the staff is personable and awesome. Almost every time we go, Dominik takes our order and is always very kind and helpful. We met Jamilete the other day and were so satisfied with our order. We tend to get the same Classic Burger with our favorite toppings because it’s so good, but do plan on trying other sandwiches as well. The milkshakes never disappoint and Wayback has the only onion rings I will order. They also have a lot of different specials which is pretty cool too. I brought my friend from out of town one time and she’s still talking about how good the food was. We definitely recommend it to people we know.

Excellent burgers, friendly people serving you with a family like environment, attention and attitude. Meat is never frozen, fries and sides are made when ordering. Everything is fresh. Kids chicken tenders are real chicken and are made fresh, my 4 year old son loved them. I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I went here for lunch a long time ago, and we decided not to return due to the tasteless meal at an expensive price. Nevertheless, last week, we decided on one more opportunity for the restaurant to impress us. We took our 3 yr old granddaughter – and all 3 of us were very pleased! The menu had changed slightly for the better choices and options, the taste was far better and the prices were definitely value-oriented. The young lady and young man were the morning/lunch staff and they were most helpful and friendly! Great job bringing us “back into the fold,” Wayback Burgers!

One of the few establishment in Poinciana worth going to. The staff are friendly (though like everyone they occasionally make mistakes) and the food is of high quality. This is a lunchtime regular for the Wife and I. We’ve tried the burgers (excellent), the fried Cod (Good), the fries are great, the onion rings are awesome (though I don’t like the sauce they sell for them) and their Chili is much better than Wendy’s!
