Friendly and prompt service. Outstanding burgers (ordered the cheeesy burger and a build your own)! Generous portions of fries, too. Shakes were good, but a bit overpriced. There were significant alterations to the menu; don’t count on anything on the online menu being available when you go.

Pretty ehhh the chicken was huge(a little stiff and burnt) fries are eh not my cup of tea. Paid about 12 dollars. It’s a little higher on the price than most stores. No seasoning on the fries or chicken. Staff seem like they didn’t care much either. I would avoid this one.

It was so good I ordered two days in a row. Originally I got it because it was free delivery on Doordash but it 100% hits the spot! I got the Cheeeeeesy Burger and Cajun tots and highly recommend. Give it a try!

Absolutely awful! Worst customer service! Ordered online at 7:35 from the company website, which said they closed at 9. Due to personal reasons, I wasn’t able to get there until 8:33, in which all lights were off and not a soul in sight, but you bet that money was still taken out of my account. Called this morning to get a refund to be told they can’t do anything and when I asked why they didn’t call when they were about to close I was told that since I had a 256 area code phone number she thought “I ordered from the wrong location”. Didn’t think maybe the person was at UAB?? Now having to dispute the charges with my bank cause they were absolutely no help at all.

I’ve visited Wayback maybe 3 or 4 times and have tried both the Philly cheesesteak and the cheeseburger. I will say the Philly steak I had was good, it just needs a touch of seasoning to add flavor. As far as their burgers, really filling, although I would prefer the buns toasted and a little of bit of seasoning in the meat, kind of bland. With the lettuce and grease, the bun was too soft mushy. Otherwise a good place to go and you will get full for sure!
