i went in here to get lunch on saturday, and waited about 40 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich and fries. multiple orders that were made after mine had gotten out quicker (which i do understand, that didn’t bother me much). As I was eating my sandwich, i discovered that the middle was COMPLETELY RAW! Serving raw chicken is NOT OKAY! I went to return it and the owner didn’t even look surprised or worried that he has served raw chicken. Maybe the burgers are good, but do not get the chicken here

I have to give two stars for the location and visibility. This place had a lot of potential but probably will benefit from a new manager with a higher standards of quality. The menu looks great. The picture of the menu has golden brown brioche buns with patties from edge to edge and the stuffings that looks like its about to pop out of the picture! But what you will actually receive is a very different… thing. Look, I enjoyed the onion rings and milkshakes. They were delicious for sure. And they deserve a star⭐️. But their main selling point, which are the burgers themselves, needs to be on the point. Considering the neighboring burger joints, such as Five Guys, Majestic Burger, and etc to name few within the same price range, they were subpar quality. But hey! Their milkshakes were awesome and would have added a star⭐️ if they didn’t messed up the flavor order and didn’t give us a half full cup of milkshakes! (Refer to pictures)

First visit as we were looking for a quick bite at lunch time. This is NOT fast food but it is excellent food FAST. Husband and I both had burgers that very hot, flavorful and delicious. This place is an excellent alternative to fast food. The restaurant was super clean and the staff? They were SO NICE, helpful and professional. My only complaint is that we don’t live closer to this place but we’ll stop in everything we pass through the area.

My last 2 experiences here were not pleasant. What prompted me to leave a review was the attitude of the employee when I questioned the price I was charged for a milkshake. The price on the menu inside the restaurant clearly stated you could upgrade your drink to a milkshake for $2.99 but I was charged $3.99. When I asked the employee to explain, she rang my order up again to reflect the same price I paid. I asked her to explain the price difference on the menu and she turned to another employee and asked her to speak with me because she didn’t know what I was talking about and walked off. The employee that stepped in explained that their manager must’ve changed the prices in the register. Needless to say I requested a refund. It wasn’t the price that was the problem but the lack of customer service and clarity. The food is good but for the prices I expect a better attitude from the staff.

First time eating here and it was really good. The meat had no seasoning at all, but the condiments and bacon made up for it. Fries were hot and fresh. My drink was good as well.The wait time for me was like 8-10mins and it wasn’t busy so I got my food quickly. Will definitely eat here again. It was worth the drive.

This place is DELICIOUS! I had an AMAZING double bacon cheeseburger. Alllllll of the ingredients tasted super-fresh, like they were straight out of the garden. And my wife had the impossible burger and said it was one of the most delicious things she’s ever eaten.
