My family and I loved Wayback Burger! The meat was juicy and the buns were soft. My burger had the amazing Cajun sauce that took it to the next level! The staff was so generous and kind making sure we had everything we need. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband, daughter, and I just got done trying this place out. Kids meal came with a drink but no lid so just a fair warning. Definitely come hungry because we all left full. I got the onion rings and they were fresh and delicious. My husband and I tried the fried pickles and we definitely recommend. Tons of space to eat inside or outside on the patio.

Came her for the first time with my son today and must say, we are thoroughly impressed! From the service to the food, this is a great spot! My son had the Cheesy Burger and just raves about how good it was. I had the Big Easy burger with chili cheese fries and really enjoyed it! The ingredients are fresh and the made to order burgers have flavor and are very juicy. Service was very helpful and quick to assist. Ben even came out from the kitchen and walked around to every table to make sure we were satisfied with our food. Highly recommended!!

Stopped in randomly recently one day for dinner with my man after work. The price wasn’t bad it wasn’t busy when we stopped in. Staff was polite and stayed busy with cleaning and other duties the whole time. The place was clean n food was good. I had fries and my man had onion rings, both where so good. The burger was also good the bun was soft the lettuce was nice and crispy. Simple burgers but good. Also for the ice eaters they have the big hollow square type ice if it matters haha

I want to give 3.5 stars, so I went with 4. We ordered the Double Bacon Burger, Hot Dog, Full fries, and 2 large teas which came out to $22. The food arrived very quickly and the service was kind and fast. On the flip side, the buns were lukewarm at best and the fries were chewy as well as lukewarm. The burger patties did not have much flavor, but the bacon was great. Overall, it wasn’t as satisfying as I had hoped given they’re main focus is burgers. They are by no means bad, but I don’t recommend if you’re looking for a range of flavor.

We love our burgers and decided to try this place. We had the Classic Burger, which is definitely in the top five for San Antonio! What made the Burger outstanding, was the juiciness of it. The blend of beef and fat ratio was perfect. The French fries were not crisp and a little soggy, which means the fryer probably was being overworked and had too many loads dropped into it. We also had the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. The Chicken was seasoned nicely and cooked just right. The lettuce was fresh and crisp. However, the croutons were stale and we didn’t like the texture of them. I recommend this place, if you want a great burger. But would probably go someplace else for the French fries. The Service was good and the people were friendly. The Establishment was clean and family friendly.

I ordered food through Door Dash. The burgers have no seasoning and were tasteless. I ordered the pickles with ranch…no ranch was included. We also ordered the funnel cake fries…..they were the only decent thing we ate. I will not order from here again. I don’t typically write bad reviews, but like I said the burgers were tasteless….and I was hungry.
