Hate to write a bad review for this place but can’t hold back anymore. To start the waitresses are sweet and overworked. The Owner should hire someone to help them! Literally anyone. Even some one just to clear the tables. I am local and go here at least once per week because it’s so close to home. There is ZERO consistency. One day your meal comes out timely and as you would expect, freshly made and as the menu describes. On your very next visit (in my case 4 days later) you order the same thing and what you get is something similar to a frozen hungry man box meal version of what you got last week!

Pleasantly surprised by new ownership. The waitress and bar staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Greeted, seated, ate, and paid at a very comfortable speed. Never felt rushed or unattended, even at dinner service. The menu is everything from sirloin to sandwiches and you can pay accordingly; whether that means a quick, inexpensive bite, or a luxurious, but still fairly priced dinner. Has both the atmosphere of finer dining, or a sports bar depending on where you sit and there’s also tables to eat outside. Definitely recommend and will eat here again.

The food since reopening is way better and the wait staff is great. The reason I am rating it 4-star and not 5 is there have been regular mistakes with getting our orders correct. The first time we ordered a buffalo chicken salad to go. They made a buffalo chicken sandwich instead, but caught the mistake and we just had to wait a few extra minutes. No big deal. This evening I ordered the same salad dining in and the same mistake was made. I just ate the sandwich and did enjoy it. We ordered one item to go. We asked for french fries as an add-on and we’re charged the extra dollar. We didn’t look until we got home and found no fries. It seems that messing up order is the weak link right now

Have been having dinner here for several months now. The food is excellent and always cooked to perfection! Really nice specials as well. The chef “CJ” always comes out to make sure everything is cooked/prepared to our liking…We usually sit at the bar and the service is wonderful. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed!

Got there 15 minutes before the kitchen closed, still able to order full meals and appetizers without feeling rushed. Staff is friendly, server was pleasant & service was good. Food was delicious… it’s all about the Brisket!

Terrible experience. Service was severely lacking. My wife and our 2 childrenI were seated with a reservation. We waited 15 minutes before we finally saw another waitress who did not want to help us, she asked if our waitress came over, obviously the answer was no, since we were asking her. She seemed surprised we were seated by the hostess but that no waitress was assigned to our table. When we finally got a waitress, she was surly and not polite. She didn’t know what drinks (soda) were available. We put in our food and drink order right away. We had a 5 and 7 year old that were hungry. 25 minutes later, after having to ask about our food, we had appetizers that were just ok. Another 25 minutes goes by and no sign of our food or our waitress. Mind you, there were 5 tables and at least 3 waitresses and a couple bar backs. All we ordered was a couple hamburgers and a grilled cheese. 30 minutes now and I finally walk up to the front to ask about the food and the staff is now being extremely rude and unaccommodating. The hostess apologizes and says that dessert is on her but all we want at this point is our food. We waited a little while longer, maybe 10 minutes and again ask the waitress if she could check on the food. She then becomes extremely rude and condescending telling us that she doesn’t cook the food and it will be served when it’s ready. We finally decide to just leave because at this point I have to feed my children and it’s been an hour and a half. They bring us the bill and there are items on it that we didn’t order and a dessert that we never got and that was supposed to be comped. We walked out. I will never go back there and I suggest you don’t either.

Service was horrible! Table if 4. Some had apps, some dinner. Our main reason was to drink (had a designated driver). We even told her, we here to drink. Took forever. Food was good, but she forgot the sour cream, took forever and was spoiled. We ordered 2nd round of drinks, took so long, we cancelled and went somewhere else to have drinks.

Its a very convenient location for me but they definitely lack seasoning I always have to season the entries when I get home. The burgers are good and I do enjoy the pretzels. The order is always ready in a timely manner.
