Took my mom for Mother’s Day can never go wrong with a steak . Was our first time in this place staff was really friendly. The food best quality . Everything was perfect. There was a table in front off me where the customers where really rude too staff and even cursed at a lady waiter very feminist. For god sakes it was Mother’s Day how can you scream and disrespect a woman like that . If you don’t want to go out on a special day don’t ruin other customers day. Very disappointed of this 2 man most likely dad and son .

Best service from beginning to end food was great my best Mother’s Day dinner. Appetizers in time steaks just hit the spot and sides broccoli was my very favorite. Felt like a queen. At some point there was a very rude customer demanding for food screaming at staff went in the kitchen cursing. I understand people have no manners. My table was on the other side off the dining room and I was able too hear him screaming.

Our experience at Wayne Steakhouse for Mother’s Day dinner was a disaster. Despite arriving on time and being promptly seated, everything went downhill from there. We endured a near two-hour wait for our meal, which never did arrive. When questioned, our server could only offer apologies and assurances that it would be coming soon. In the meantime, the table seated next to us who ordered well after we did, received their food after complaining to the staff. Adding to our disappointment, the supposed owner was rude and unhelpful when we expressed our concerns.

We have our Mother’s Day dinners at Wayne Steakhouse every year. This year did not disappoint either. We had a great time! Did not feel rushed. We were a party of 8 and everyone was very happy with their meal. One of our guests had a specific allergy, our waiter went absolutely out of his way to accommodate. The staff did their best despite being verbally harassed by our neighboring table who wanted their food asap. These people work so hard and it was sad to see how some customers treat restaurant staff.

Steak was good but all 4 lobster tails smelled like strong ammonia. Everyone in the party could not eat the lobster. They did agree to take it back after they smelled them but expect better from such a great place to give your customers food poisoning! They agreed they were bad but never apologized. Watch out when they push “specials” they know they are spoiled. Also, they make their workers post positive reviews. We recognize the staff from the photos of other reviews. I should have looked at their terrible Yelp reviews before spending $600.

We had a party of 9 for appetizers & steak dinner. The food was spectacular & the service was outstanding. All the appetizers were delicious. The steaks were cooked perfectly & the side were delicious. We finished the night with some espresso & coffee which was hot, fresh & delicious.

We have been doing our “steak night” at WSH for over 2 years now. Vlora is awesome! She handled our “in loving memory” event for over 40 guys. She took care of us and made sure every detail was just perfect. The food and and service from the staff was flawless.
