I did not pick we deliver they intercepted my order from Pizza Hut. A girl named Haley ordered my food under her name using my bank account. I did not give her permission to use my bank account. I think this is illegal. They charged me $20 over in fees and charged my bank more than that. I tried calling their number, and no one answered.

Received a gift certificate for this business when it was in Clarksville, TN. Business closed before I could use my gift certificate. I have been in contact with managers/ owner for a resolution multiple times. Was promised a check or visa card for the value of the gift certificate. This has been going on for atleast 9 months and I have received nothing. Not impressed with how they do business and they do not follow through with their promise. I am still considering contacting our friends who gave us the gift certificate because they said they were friends of the owner and were trying to help his business. I know they would not be happy.

I have ordered from here 4 or 5 times. The last time the delivery time was over 2 hours. Then I realized that they charge more for the menu items than what the restaurant charges In addition to their fees and delivery charge. And twice there was an”adjustment” where an additional charge was added after the order arrived. I am done with this delivery service and so glad that DoorDash is finally in the area. Their price points are up front and fair and I never had an issue with the delivery times when I used it elsewhere.

About twice the price of doordash and typically takes twice as long. Have had a few orders take several hours and once got only half my food about 3 hours after ordered and was told they’d be right back with the rest, I ended up going to bed hungry, but they still charged me for it all. I had to argue just to get refunded for the items I didn’t recieve, and still got charged the 6 dollar tip and 3 dollar delivery fee, last resort orders are about all I can recommend, customer service is pitiful and unacceptable.

We ordered at 5:51. No food at 7. The driver calls to tell us that he can’t pay for the food because we deliver cancelled his card. Says he will be there in 15 minutes. At 7:45, we finally call only to be told that the driver said we cancelled our order ( we did not). Pitiful management and service. We did get a refund, but that’s about it. Last time we use them.

The drivers do an excellent job informing me if there’s issues or delays in my order. I have had deliveries from Justin B., Aaron B., and Paul K. in the past and all did a wonderful job.
