Love this place! A taste of New Mexico. They have really perfected the green chili and cheese sauce. This time I got the open faced green chili burger, onion rings, and a fruit side. Delish! They also have specialty coffee, it was chocolate macadamia when I went. The wife got stuffed hash browns and was equally pleased. Probably could improve customer service a little bit… I needed a coffee refill for a while! Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Food is great. Came out with good speed. Waiter was knowledgeable about the menu. Portions are really “full belly”. Little pricey but my stomache argued that it was worth it. Love this place as a traveler. Highly recommend.

The portions were HUGE! Food was good, service was quick. The kids ordered pancakes and those were really good. I’m a big guy and usually finish my food plus my kids but couldn’t even finish my plate. We went on a Saturday morning around ten, I was expecting a lengthy wait but we were seated right away. Will definitely be going back to try something else.

I ordered the regular burger and it was cooked just right my son had the funny face pancake and he loved it and got full. Noah our server was friendly and attentive. The restaurant manager asked several times if everything was good. Good service and good food.

For an early morning start on a weekday the food was delicious. I had the New Mexico Eggs Benedict the red chili sauce was spicy the green sauce had really good flavor. Price was reasonable for 2 people paid 30$. Check it out.

This place is sooo good! Large portions of classic staple breakfast plates that are super delicious! This has now become our favorite breakfast spot. It is attached to the building where Big Lots is located with plenty of parking available. I have not had anything on the menu that I did not enjoy. Highly recommend you try this place, you won’t regret it!

This Wecks was not as busy as any other I’ve been to. This one had a weird setup as a restaurant and the tables were right next to the kitchen doors. The food was delicious, huge portions, hot, and the server was fabulous. The only con was that it was FREEZING inside the restaurant (chilly day outside) and they don’t have/use heat.

Lived in Albuquerque for 17 years and Wecks was our favorite place to eat. Was so excited when one finally opened in El Paso. John the manager (who was at Albuquerque), opened the El Paso location was awesome. However, since he left, food and service has definitely gone down hill. I was there for breakfast yesterday, and they actually served me my usual breakfast burrito with no papas….. I told the server it was wrong and she said the cook was new so didn’t know. Hmm ok…. That’s kind of the trademark of Wecks… she brings the plate back looking like this (picture included). Those who know Wecks, knows this is NOT how Wecks would serve). The chili is NOT the same quality as before. The red is so bright, but I’m thinking…. That’s just the color.. try it.. and my instincts were correct. As for the green, same very bleh. That is not New Mexico quality that we love and know from Wecks. Hopefully they send John back to fix these issues otherwise, I do not see this place making it in El Paso.
