When I lived in Sac, you could find me here every weekend without fail. Aside from the fish being super fresh and delicious, the staff and sushi chefs are seriously what made me come back. They make you feel right at home and the service is super quick!! I usually get the chef’s 7 pc nigiri and a couple of orders of seared salmon belly with tuna hand rolls. You really can’t go wrong with any of the menu rolls either. I recently visited the midtown location and it’s the same great fish and staff! There really isn’t a sushi place in town that I recommend more than Wedashii! Love the food and love the people. Will always stop by when I’m in town!

Ordered take out. The food was good, nothing special. The quantity of actual meat compared to rice and salad was a bit lacking but still good quality. I give it a three because the soup that came with the meal was cold. Not like room temperature cold but like out of the refrigerator cold and somehow forgot to microwave.

Best sushi spot in town hands down. Great value. Half price apps before six pm. The torched albacore with white sauce is a must. I’m not even a huge adventurous sushi kinda guy but I’ve ordered so many things from there and have like everything I’ve ever ordered. Super entertaining and edgy names of the rolls but not a gimmick. Super supportive staff and can hold a lot of people in need with a bigger party. So many flames

So this place is ugly as sin on the inside. It feels like a warehouse in desperate need of a paint job.That being said, the food was delicious! I ordered the beets as an appetizer and the salmon and tuna tartare, and both were amazing. The beets were creative with sliced orange and avocado, and the tartare was bursting with flavor. We were very surprised!

this is the place that made me appreciate sushi at the age of 31 I have been attending this location since it was sushi bar rocks. I have seen several different owners, but one thing that stayed the same was the great sous chef. Fred and the new owners are amazing. They have expanded to downtown and looking to add another location on fulsome hopefully within the next year or two this is amazing because I have celebrated and supported this location for so long that they have provided me my own role, which is very much an honor if you want to have good vibes, good conversation, good alcohol, great service and amazing food. Come to this location and ask for the “ash special”.
