Kind of a hole in the wall. Had a good omelet and they have jalapeños (that is a plus) the 1st visit. 2nd visit had a foot long and a classic both all the way. Not sure if the dogs are better than the T room, but good. I was surprised at the full memu.

Great local feel. Regulars are abundant which is a great sign. Food is fast and satisfying. Not to mention affordable. Seating beyond counter seating is limited, but that is part of the charm … Just don’t expect to sit long on the counter seating, the padding is long compressed down, bring your own or add some with a few more chili dogs

When you walk into a place that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years but it is POPPING with customers and still has 4.4 stars on Google, you know the food must be good. It was. But seriously, the water my toddler spilled on the floor may have done them a favor. They were super kind about it, though.

I’ve been going to the Weenie Stand since I was a kid, and it’s my go-to spot for a hot dog. Evan and Missy do a great job of keeping everybody happy. Other favorites are the swiss mushroom burger and fried bologna on grilled Texas toast.
