I’ve been going there for a very long time and the last couple times was a big disappointment but this time in particular, they forgot my sauce which wasn’t a big deal, but when I went to go back and get it, the young lady at the front was very sweet. However, the guy in the kitchen tried to argue me down, saying that the sauce was in the bag, and it was it. I even offered to bring the box back in so that he can see but before I can get that statement out of my mouth, he decided to throw the sauces w the young lady to give to me. Then I get home to see that my wings are soaked in grease. They used to be a very good reliable place but the quality has drastically went down !!

We’re in Alabama for work and since I had to take my Son to the bus station, we found this place on IG. The food is really good, my buffalo fries weren’t hot, but when I told Rachel she had no problem fixing the issue. Once my food came out it was delicious. The Buffalo fries were very flavorful with a kick. The catfish was seasoned and fried hard. The hot honey garlic wings were DELISH! You can taste all the flavors an they married well. Definitely recommend

We ordered 40 wings with fries online. Daughter went to pick it up, she was told several times the order wasn’t there. I told her to show them the order online and the text saying the order was ready. She was told again, the order was not there. My daughter felt so embarrassed she didn’t want to go back in. So, I called, gave them my name and I was told it wasn’t there. I told her I was coming up there, so the employee said she would check again. She said, “Let me ask in the back.” The wings were there. Daughter picked them up, brought them home, but they were not tossed in sauce. They only gave us 4 small ramekins of sauce for a box of 40 wings. This was a Thursday night. Can’t imagine they were so busy they couldn’t get an order right.

My absolute FAVORITE wing place to go, hands down. Their wings are soooo gooooddddd, too good, really. The lemon pepper will always be my favorite, but you honestly can not go wrong with any flavor you choose here. The mild, hot, and honey BBQ are also some good ones as well. Their potato salad is to die for, and so is their strawberry lemonade. I always have amazing service and the people are always so nice and friendly. I can’t edit to visit here again!!!

Order our in right but, received wrong order. When called to report mix up they told me to bring the food back. I live on the other side of town so why should I have to drive back for a $9 fry. Had to dispose of fry because I’m allergic to BBQ sauce. I’m very upset. Dinner ruined and customer service was not good.

I placed my order at 12:56. Was told 15-20 mins. I showed up at 1:15. Watched a guy order in front of me and eat his food before I received mine at 1:40pm. I got home at 1:50pm to see that my order was wrong. I called and talked to the manager. He said the best he could do was waste more of my time by me coming back up there for them to fix it. Didn’t want to write me down for a comp or discount. Lost a good customer today.

Absolutely terrible service. I have eaten at this place for a long long time and have been wondering what was up with all of the bad reviews lately. Well, today I found out. I ordered a 10 piece wing and some fries. I took them over an hour to have our order out. Generally I’m very forgiving with restaurants because I worked in them for awhile, but when I see a lobby that is slammed full of people and the employees on the kitchen have 0 urgency that becomes a problem. That is pure laziness. You guys had many many PAYING hungry customers waiting while your kitchen staff was as acting like they were hanging out at a back yard bbq. I have no idea who the manger is but this is on that person. Not the staff. A bad kitchen = a bad manager. Wish I could give 0 stars. I will not be back
