WORST location. Won’t go there after ordering a pretzel burger and spicy chicken sandwich, waiting 20 minutes to pay just to he asked what we ordered just to receive 2 Dave’s singles. Not even the correct sizes. One was supposed to be a medium and one was supposed to be a large. I got a large and medium coke with 2 medium fries. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues. Multiple times I’ve gotten a flat soda or the wrong drink entirely. Completely disappointed and irritated.

There’s two things that I hate the most when going to a fast food restaurant. The first is slow service, the second which is more important I cannot eat cold to lukewarm fries that’s just ridiculous. The amount of time that they took to give me my food I still have fresh hot fries. Needless to say I threw the fries out I’m not going back here ever.

Yesterday on Wednesday, April 27th around 8:35 PM, we had a very rude interaction at the Wendy’s in Gardner, MA involving an employee who was an older woman named Kerry or Carrie. We went around through the drive through, and was greeted a bit coldly. We said we had a mobile order, and this older woman Kerry yells out, “FOR???”. Quite literally yells, and it wasn’t an issue with the headset because she still said it with such attitude, her volume aside. It just sounded so rude me and my husband literally looked at each other, baffled and said nothing for a second before saying the name. Kerry or Carrie then says “Go up front” rudely after receiving our order. When we arrived, she had our drinks ready and sitting on the window, before glaring at us and turning her back to talk to a taller blonde young man. She spotted us, and it seemed like she purposefully didn’t want to give us our drinks. After standing and taking a few more orders, she finally opened the window and decided to give us our drinks in pure silence. Not a word was said from her, which came off really rude too.
