I almost feel bad about the rating because the staff we dealt with were lovey, and that’s important to note, but that being said the food experience was really abysmal. We got our food fast, suspiciously fast and drove off on the highway to find out that the Pretzel pub burger we had ordered and been charged for had been replaced with a normal burger with a slice of gross cheese that had clearly been sitting on the warmer for 6 hours too many. Given there was no one around and this wasn’t a high pressure situation I have no idea how this mistake happened. The rest of the order was correct but everything, chicken and fries were incredibly stale and insipid and again the suspicion is they had been out on the counter for several hours. This is the kind of food you absolutely regret eating or throw out.

Isolated Incidents
Every time I go here the service is terrible and so is the food. Last time they forgot to put a patty on my burger, time before that gave me the completely wrong sandwich. I don’t wanna be a snitch and give this place a bad review but hopefully someone will actually look at this and try to make some sort of a change because I have wasted my money here too many times. The WORST Wendy’s I have ever been to.

I came in to the restaurant on Thursday night to grab a quick meal. I just have to say that the manager screaming and belittling a customer in front of my eyes was atrocious. The fact that she was making comments about her employee to his fathers face telling him that the employee should go find his biological parents since they gave him up and then reiterating it to the adopted father make me sick. This manager should be out of a job no questions asked. If Wendy’s truly cares about the “Wendy’s wonderful kids” foundation she needs to be removed immediately, worst management skills I have ever seen!

I placed a mobile order (as we are from out of town and wanted to stop somewhere for a quick bite to eat) thinking it would be faster. We ended up waiting a while for the food and when we finally received it our order was mostly incorrect. The food we did get tasted old and the fries and nuggets were cold. The staff seemed really confused and overwhelmed. Also they said they were out of Coke so they gave us all Dr. Pepper.

If I could give negative stars i would. The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The employee that works the drive through is nasty she has zero manners and is aggressive. All the employees run out to the parking lot to get high during their shift and the food was literally cold and soggy. They didn’t even wrap the sandwich it was just thrown in a bag. This place should close or get new managers in there.

Food was good, although they did get our order messed up. soda machine was leaking water over the floor, no ice in machine and drinks had no fuzz and were warm. Ice can be gotten at the counter. Restroom floor was slippery and urinal had old toilet paper in it. Place was rather gross.

This Wendy’s is literally the worst. We pick up my son from his dads Sunday nights and grab food from here because it’s on the way home so it’s convenient. There’s never been a time we didn’t have an issue. We both just said the only reason we stop there is sheer convenience but we’re officially never going back. We’re going to pre order from Applebees next door from now on, Wendy’s is the same price for worse food anyway. Staff will be happy to hear they lost a customer ✌

Pre-ordered on door dash, go to pick up the food, spent 15 minutes waiting at the window for them to make my food when it should’ve been done already. The fries weren’t crispy, and they forgot my 2 chocolate chip cookies, and I got no sauce with my nuggets. Last week I went there and was told they were out of fries. Seriously why keep places like this open late if no one wants to work. I’ve gotten better service from McDonald’s late at night.

Was told they ran out of all salads. I was there at 8:00 pm. I asked why they were on the menu if they didn’t have any. Again, they were out of every single salad on the menu. Was told they get them in and when they sell out, that’s it. Pretty lame. I ordered a pretzel bacon burger, they were out of that too. I ordered another burger, jackpot! They had it. I’m pretty sure it was late and they didn’t want to work any harder to serve a customer what’s actually on the menu. Typical fast food service. I won’t be back.
