Dined in for the first time on a long time. We tried the Maple Chicken Egg Cheese sandwich for the first time. It was good but we prefer the Maple Waffle/French Toast special egg sandwich Wendy’s used to offer. I had the Bacon Egg Cheese Croissant which was okay. Wendy’s breakfast potatoes are excellent! We ordered seconds along with a second Frosty Iced Chocolate Coffee.

Me and a coworker pre-ordered our lunch, lunch starts at 10:30 we were served at 10:29 with cold fries and cold chicken nuggets. They offered to reheat them but at 10:29 everything should be hot out of the kitchen. One of the soda machines didn’t work and the soda coming out of the other had a chlorinated taste to all the drinks. Needless to say we were disappointed in our lunch.

They are AUFUL. We ordered DoorDash consistently from them and for the last month things have been missing from the order whether it’s french fries or chicken or whatever every single time I don’t know why we keep doing it. When you try and call, it’s just a busy signal in the phones are likely off the hook.

The baconator fries are not what they used to be or as advertised. There wasn’t even cheese sauce. It was just grated cheese dumped and heated over the fries and one slab of bacon that wasn’t even broken up and mixed in.

I ordered from the Wendy’s website and placed a delivery order. I requested hot coffee with my food and got cold. The order took over 30 minutes to deliver and when I asked the driver if the food was still cold, he said it was. It wasn’t. It was just a very unpleasant experience.

When I got to Wendy’s they first started with being rude and having an attitude with us, and at first I ignored it thinking they were having a bad day. But from there they proceeded to not tell us how much our order was and not give us our receipt. Then when we got home I realized they gave me the completely wrong burger. I got the bourbon bacon cheeseburger combo and then gave me a normal burger with bacon and raw onion on it. Big price difference. Due to how we were treated tonight we will be going to back.
