I came in the dining room around 6pm on a friday. My cashier was a bit creepy looking but she was very nice. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and it was noticeably falling apart, with chicken and lettuce spilling out of the foil!? But the young woman who took my order insisted it had to be remade without me asking, which made me feel seen and valued as a customer. Other than that, bathroom was a bit filthy. Great service.

When I walked inside the restaurant no one greeted me,I placed my order with an employee he was not friendly at all in fact non of the employees were,they all looked at me like I was from another planet not one single smile or hi!! When I got my food the fries were cold and soggy I asked the manager if I could get another fries and I explained why and what he did was take mine put them back and gave me another one that was also cold and soggy so when another employee walked by I asked her to threw them out….so never got to eat my fries.And I was also missing a 6pc nugget that a had for free and when I asked the employee who took my order he questioned me like I was lying. Most definitely will not be back here!!! Everyone here starting with the manager needs training on how to work here,and I say this because I’m a manager at a fast food restaurant as well. Absolutely terrible customer service! Ordered a $90+ mobile order to pick up through drive thru and was told to pull over and wait, I didn’t realize I was going to have to wait an hour for my food. A staff member came out and told me that they never started my order because the lady “doesn’t want to make it”. The staff invited me inside to wait another 30 minutes to then which I told the manager I wanted a refund and after a lot of disrespectful exchanges she said I had to do it though the app. I left the establishment and when I went to cancel the order it said dispatched as if my food was given to me. Ended up going to a different wendys where my same order was given to me in 7 minutes. They’re all lazy and are being paid to do nothing. If you know you’re not able to handle an order, don’t accept it instead of making us wait an hour and a half when the place wasn’t even busy.

I’m absolutely in disbelief I have gone to Wendy’s 4 different times and they tell us they are not taking orders anymore it’s 10:59. So they are getting paid to walk around? And when they are working they say they don’t have enough workers and take 30 min just to get our food. I’ll be calling as well

I’ve been coming to this location for years as I live close by and enjoy fast food way too much. The crew that was working tonight was extremely friendly and efficient. The best service I’ve experienced there. I say this, hoping they get the recognition they deserve for a job well done. I stopped coming to this location for a while because of the previous staff. This place is so disorganized and slow. It would be acceptable if someone greeted you to say it will be a moment we are busy. Instead far too often there is no one at the counter even to say Hi. I’ve been left standing there for minutes at a time just wondering what’s going on.

Everytime I come here they are either closed for the day or having some kind of excuses to not take orders. I was here today at around 5:45pm and they had a sign up saying they will close at 7pm. No one was there to take orders and when I drove to the window, all the lights we’re closed but their were people still inside.
