I spent a very long time in the drive through for just a baconator fries and they didn’t even give me a fork. How am I supposed to eat these fries without the fork? And when I ask for one he says I have to come through the drive through again. So I waste my time again for their mistake? Don’t come here. Bunch of unprofessional people working here and they are super slow. The taco bell guy was laughing and telling them they need to be fast.

My fries were very hard like they had been refried I did not eat them and then I ordered a lemonade and got a fruit punch and got high see the sandwich was OK however, I had 2 hard tomatoes ii which I had to toss out. The food is usually good but I haven’t ordered in a long time.I bought a Spicy Chicken Meal at 2:30. I was not given a recept I was very disappointed and would like my meal replaced. When I called nobody answered 5 times. The phone just hangs up on me.

Supposedly close at midnight but locked all the doors. I had placed a mobile order, which you go INSIDE THE STORE to pick up. Knocked on the door and the lady said she would let me in but proceeded to stay behind the counter and not do anything for a good few minutes. I walked away and got in my car and she came to my car and asked what I needed, I said I had a mobile order and she made me wait in the line of 6 cars in the drive thru. UNACCEPTABLE, they should not be accepting mobile orders if they are just gonna make you wait in the drive thru anyway.

If you are going to get breakfast, do not go to Wendy’s. The coffee does not taste good it taste like the bottom of the pot coffee and no matter what you tell them for amount of creamer or sweetener they add whatever they want. And I got French toast sticks, which were hard as a rock and a classic bacon, egg and cheese. That tasted like it came out of the microwave. Which is funny because that’s what they are mainly advertise in the drive-through line and they are just not good

I’m not sure whether to give one star or two. because Wendy’s food is always good, but that’s standard between stores this place ain’t special. however. what’s also standard is never getting an order correct. app, take out, curbside, whatever. ordering from Wendy’s is like telling monkeys to write Shakespeare on a typewriter. anything done correct is an absolute coincidence.

absolutely screwed me over. ordered two medium diet cokes and a frosty, they gave us the TINIEST imaginable frosty cup and gave us one diet coke when we got the window. when i mentioned we ordered 2 diet cokes they said they didn’t charge us for the 2nd coke but we legit paid $11! i know damn well a tiny small frosty and medium coke doesn’t cost $11. when we gave them a $10 for the second coke the kept the entire bill. they charged us 19 dollars for 2 medium sodas and the most petite frosty that have ever been served. i think that’s illegal. we paid with my little cousins birthday money. the world has become such a dark place.

Night staff is super rude and they always close earlier than they should, placed a mobile order and they wouldn’t give it to me, the guy in the drive-thru told me to cancel the order, very unprofessional. And this has happened on multiple occasions them say they close early.
