Perhaps I stopped in after the lunch rush or during. The drive thru was backed up so we went inside. Dirty tables, spill on floor not cleaned up. Long wait to get any service at the counter. Looked like they were prioritizing drive thru and online orders. We weren’t greeted and had no eye contact from the cashier. Food was ok but fries were not hot.

Food was pretty good, one of the male manager was awesome! However, his team can learn more about customer service. I was trying to ask a question and they stood there ignoring me, talking amongst themselves for about 2-3 mins before the manager came up to me and asked me what was going on.

Just had an order dropped off. The food was fine but the drinks are awful. Unable to drink them. I would contact Coke to come out and change the filter (if they even provide one), sanitize the lines or recalibrate. There was a strong chemical taste with the Sprite. Please look into this.

My child had a blood draw and this was their request. They only wanted a frosty and fries. Sometimes the fries can be hit or miss with seasoning, well not today! They were hot and seasoned which was a great compliment to the chocolate frosty. Staff was friendly and food was good. We didn’t get a spoon or straw so we had to be creative to eat the frosty.

Grubhub drivers becareful here.. they want you to show your phone to get your delivery. Even after you call grubhub to confirm your pick up their pride gets in the way and they lie on you. They try and state that I called them the B..word so they refuse to give me my order. Which is false. I had to file a claim with corprate to investigate. They attempted to hold up my time, make me miss out on earning and to top it attempt to get me blocked on the driver’s platform. Luckily I was on the phone with support at time of incident. In the end I had to walk behind the register to get my order. I am now waiting for a member of management to reach back out to me. This incident happened 8/13/23 around 3.30pm. I am so glad these locations have cameras. **It is a fact we are NOT contracted by these restaurants, we are 1099 contract workers which means we dont have to apply their policies, they can request we take part, but we are not required to do so.** to be clear grubhubs policy states you are required to confirm order at pick up by stating name and or order number. Not my attempt to be difficult, however gig workers don’t get paid by the hour but by the order so any additional steps cuts in our time of making profit. It’s the willingness to not serve a customer because your upset with a delivery driver doesn’t seem like a good business practice. To that person to said “Don’t pick up orders from here anymore”. Surely, means they are not ready to be a lead staff or member of management. I can’t be the only person this has happen to at this location.

A fairly new location, this Wendy’s is still clean, sharp and shiny. The food is typical Wendy’s, nothing great nor terrible. As with most fast food restaurants, the food is standardized, one knows what to expect before they order.

This is a relatively new Wendy. The inside layout is pretty trendy with USB charging ports. Tables and chairs are new and modern looking. But the service crews are not very well trained. They rarely prepare orders right. The place is not kept clean even during slow time. I am not impressed.

I was hoping to get a quick bite to eat,it was not meant to be. This is by far the busiest Wendy’s I have been to, the drive thru line wrapped around the building, including blocking parked cars in place. The customer service was ok, I understand as busy as they were they did their best to keep up with the sheer volume.I was there for approximately 30+ minutes. The food however was very very disappointing,my fries were under cooked, luke warm and I started eating them like many of us,as I drove away, later that evening my stomach started to rumble….
